Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

For arrival after 19:00 from Monday to Friday and at weekends, please call the residence directly 2 days before your arrival for instructions on how to access the residence.
At the weekend, the breakfast room is closed but a breakfast basket can be delivered to your room on request. Upon reservation, please indicate in the comments section if you would like use this service.

Cleanliness (this applies to the room and whole of the building-it feels new and smells fresh :), useful kitchenette, good size of the room, nice simple design, big balcony, well soundproofed windows (important as the motorway and train line are not far), good soundproofing of the rooms (you can barely hear your neighbours), clean swimming pool, spacious carpark, feeling of safety (gated environment), plenty of tv channels including some spanish/italian/english ones. We enjoyed our stay and will be back at some point :) It's a nice relaxing place. Location-industrial/warehouse zone-too far to walk to the centre or see any sights on foot. You do need a car to go anywhere. No 24/7 reception (call-outs out of hours are chargeable at 25euros+). No shampoo/shower gel/soap/washing liquid/sponge-which makes it a difficult if you arrive late expecting some provisions. Same with tea/coffee-none are provided. Surely it can't cost much to provide at least basic welcome/surivival pack. Various noises from air-condition/water pipes etc at night-not loud but can be annoying if you like peace and quiet. Lift was broken throughout our stay period (5 days)-no sight of anybody attempting to fix it. Apart from the above, we really enjoyed our stay :) |

The hotel was nice and new and very clean. Our room was also lovely, with good kitchen facilities and lovely big balcony. The pool was also nice and clean and not too busy. It's location was questionable, being at the edge of an industrial estate, especially when Tripadvisor and Google Maps make it appear to be right next to the beach. It was only a 5-10 minute drive, however so it could have been worse. |

The room had everything we needed, it even had a small dishwasher. The lady at the reception was most helpful and nice. The sofa bed felt like it would easily break |

The facilities in the appartment were good. The appartments are in an industrial estate, there are no restaurants in the area. A car in required and even though the address is Six Fours La Plage it is about four miles to the nearest beach. |

Too basic and expensive for what it was. No TV, no pool, as stated when booking (wasn't open til May). Not enough towels in rooms, pillows, not enough basic equipment for a holiday there. |

la propreté, le calme (mais c'était en basse saison), la disponibilité du personnel d'accueil. l'emplacement: un peu éloigné des grands axes (ce qui est un gage de tranquillité), mais assez mal indiqué, dans une zone artisanale. Un GPS fiable est trés utile.. |

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, accès gratuit internet, inutile d'aller au restaurant pour s'alimenter. Plaques de cuisine sales, pas de notices pour les appareils (chauffage par climatisation réversible, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle), vaisselle en quantité insuffisante et de mauvaise qualité, absence de produits de nettoyage et de sacs poubelles, pas de sel ni de poivre, etc... Dans une résidence hôtelière où on ne séjourne que quelques jours, ces problèmes sont vraiment gênants. |

L'accès en dépit de l'heure d'arrivée tardive 1- La propreté (poils de chien au sol, balcon sale et encombré d'un vieux canapé hors d'usage ...) : sur place, on nous a expliqué que cela était du au fait que l'équipe de ménage du WE était moins performante qu'en semaine. 2- Le lit qui menace de "s'écrouler" et qui devra être remplacé très rapidement |

Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute. Le site est parfaitement tenu. J'ai apprécié l'odeur du parfum qui règne dans les couloirs et l'appartement. Dans la brochure il est indiqué un petit déjeuner buffet et ce n'est pas le cas |
