The hotel was nice and comfortable and clean. Good value for the money. The location is not ideal, its not very close to town or points of interest. |

Well appointed for the budget minded: able to cook for self easily, good laundry facility. Very new, professionally run. As an apartment hotel, it had a low frequency odf service: towels were not changed nor toilet paper replenished over the four days we were there. |

Service of staff is good. Breakfast service (if ordered) is simple but good. Rooms are good value for money. It is an apartment complex, not a real hotel. Service staff is available up to 20Hr. Would be nice to have wake-up service on the TV or thru reception. |

Good, spacious apartment. Nice bathing area and pool. Reception is closed for large parts of the day and evening. Considering the size of the hotel, this should be extended to early morning till late evening, if not 24 hour. |

J'ai particulièrement apprécié la piscine très agréable et propre, propice à la détente après une bonne journée de travail. Egalement, la proximité du (seul) restaurant de l'hôtel des environs (Maryott), situé en face de la résidence (accueil très agréable et bonne carte). Enfin, personnel très à l'écoute des clients, et rapides à prendre en compte les réclamations (voir points négatifs). Au chapitre des doléances, je n'ai pas apprécié la demande de règlement à l'avance du séjour (que j'ai d'ailleurs refusée). Sinon, j'ai trouvé la déco de la chambre (un t2) beaucoup trop sobre, voire asseptisée : aucun cachet, triste à souhait (tout blanc, à part les rideaux). De plus, la vmc du salon/cuisine refoulait une odeur nauséabonde. |

Lo que mas me ha gustado es que tiene internet wifi gratis para todo el hotel Ponen que hay sala de fitness y en teoria solo hay una bicicleta estatica. Es o no sala de fitness?? |
