The location of the hotel was well placed for the centre of town. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We parked the car in the hotel garage and although we did not reserve a space the hotel staff made sure we secured a parking space. If you have a high car or a roof box there are only a few spaces in the garage with enough roof space. The breakfast was really excellent and again the staff were attentive and made sure you had all you required. |

Excellent location 2 minutes walk from the famous Place Stanislas, good secure parking garage dedicated to the hotel, pleasant and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. No restaurant (breakfast only) although there are quite a number of good ones nearby. A bit pricey. |

Finding the Hotel was very easy. We received a warm welcome by staff who could also speak English and were very polite all along. The cleanliness. The breakfast was very good. The room overlooking the yard is not well insulated from outside noise. |

It is in an excellent location, very central and close to the tourist sites. It has plenty of parking available at the hoted. The breakfast, at 16 euros, is far to expensive - go out and have it in nearby Stanislas Square in splendid surroundings for 6 euros! The parking did not seem very secure to me. There seems to be no control on who goes in and out. Also the parking spaces are very small for larger cars. |

Malgré mon impression globalement négative, disponibilité du personnel de service (appel de la chambre). Une certaine lenteur (manque de personnel pour l'accueil). Aménagement de la chambre inadapté (aucun rangement tiroir ou tablette pour les vêtemetns ou les objets). Pas d'aération salle -de-bain. |

Sa situation géographique est fabuleuse, à deux pas de la Place Stanislas et le personnel est très discret. Les petits déjeuners (16 ou 18 euros par personne) sont en dessous de tout. En pleine "heure de pointe" plus de pain, plus de petits pains, plus d'omelette et son accompagnement. De plus, le garage (par ailleurs très pratique) est trop cher (12 euros la nuit). |

het hotel is netjes,heel centraal gelegen en vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was klein en niet zo comfortabel,geen verwarming in badkamer(oktober),het ontbijtbuffet is nogal prijzig, standplaats voor auto in garage hotel 12€ per nacht,alles tesamen is het nogal een duur 3sterren hotel. |

hotelkamer ruim en het personeel is vriendelijk. Belangrijke troeven bij het maken van een keuze voor dit hotel zijn de centrale ligging en de parkeergarage. Smerige tapijten in de gangen naar de kamers. Matig onderhoud van het hotel. |
