Conveniently placed as an overnight motorway stop. On an industrial estate and the restaurant food was abysmal. So much so that they did refund the cost of our main course without any argument.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Booked family room for 4 people. Tea and coffee making facilites were poor - only 2 paper cups were provided and a poor selection of tea.

The room was a comfortable size for a family. The electricity went out as we were going to bed. The only way it could be fixed was to have a staff member come and check the fuses, not very convenient when it's late at night.

Price/quality in balance Buffet breakfast was poor and overprices. Cold coffee, fresh fruit was not fresh, from day before. Unclear that a cheaper continental breakfast was served in the bar.

The hotel is very child-friendly. They have a playground and a kids corner near the reception desk. It is a very nice hotel to stay on your way to the the south (or back home).

Gastvrijheid Kinderen kregen een presentje Veilige parkeerplek voor de auto We kregen een kamer waarin veel gerookt was , terwijl we non smoking hadden geboekt. Er was niet goed gepoetst , er lagen nog haren in het bad.

Dit hotel hebben wij geboekt als tussenstop naar de Franse Alpen. Circa 10 minuten van snelweg. Goed parkeren voor de deur van het hotel. Prima kamer voor ons vieren, tweepers.bed en bedbank met twee bedden. Aan de overkant gelegen (mega)winkelcentrum zijn veel eetgelegenheden.

Nous avons passés 2 nuits, une chambre pour 4. Tous les services en chambre ont étés prévus pour 2 personnes, café (2 dosettes), gobelets, serviettes...... Aucun service en chambre, les lits non refaits, aucun nettoyage ni de poubelles vidées. Pourtant l'hôtel était vide! Pas de monde pas de personnel entretien ? Suite à la remarque faite, nous avons été informé d'une coupure de courant dans la journée, je ne vois pas en quoi il faut du courant pour faire un lit et vider des poubelles et le tapis il y avait plus 1 jour qu'il n'avait été aspiré. Le service laisse a désirer à ne pas conseiller.

altijd prima, goede kamer, goed ontbijt, novotel is ons vaste hotel tijdens het reizen lokatie slecht te vinden, maar ligt wel prettig naast grote Decathlon en shopping centre

Zeer goed ingesteld op gezinnen met (jonge) kinderen. Diverse sportmogelijkheden (zwemmen, tafeltennis, volleybal). Erg goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding (kinderen gratis op kamer en gratis ontbijt). Aanrader (zeker als overnachtingshotel)!

Ontvangst was prima, kamer was schoon en het ontbijt was redelijk uitgebreid. Het diner was ronduit slecht. Veel te weinig (stuk vlees met wat sla) voor de prijs en bovendien was de chicken-kebab (kindermenu) koud van binnen. Op zich al een prestatie bij het gebruik van de magnetron.

Bon confort, propre et pratique pour la proximité de l'autouroute. Grand parking privé sécurisé la nuit trés utile en cas de voiture chargée de bagages. Trés bonne note pour le petit déjeuner en buffet trés complet et varié. Le cadre en dehors de l'hotel : zone commerciale trés fréquentée et triste.
