Great location in the very centre of Fontainebleau, friendly staff, nice room, parking was easy as there is an underground car park very close to the hotel and when you ask at reception they will give you a ticket which lets you out of the car park for nine euros regardless of how long you have been in there! |

The hotel is conveniently located to Fontainebleu castle, and the downtown shopping area. Can walk to restaurants. There is no parking. Good luck finding a spot in the street or parking several blocks away in the public parking structure where you get a "hotel discount" and carrying your bags back. There is not a place to pull up and unload your bags...you are in the middle of a busy street with no pull-over....and there is no staff person employed to assist you with luggage, etc. The room came with a humidifier sitting next to the bed, which needed to be run because the room smelled so musty. |

Stylish reception area, bar and restaurant, with welcoming reception staff. Lovely courtyard. Nice room and bathroom. No hot dish at breakfast one morning and cold scrambled egg the other morning. |

Lively and interesting city with vibrant nightlife, as well as historic palace/park. No parking and city parking is expensive. Also, paying (well) in advance for the rooms is not customary. |

Do not come to this hotel no matter what! I don't say this lightly -- the clerks were rude, the internet didn't work, the breakfast was nonexistent, the location was sketchy... The only good thing was that I left at 6 am and didn't have to stay there very long. |

Whilst disabled access was minimal the staff were excellent, extremely helpful and accomodating, really wanted to help and put alot of thought into getting round the limited disabled access, we were very impressed. |

Central location 1. Hotel common parts and rooms rather shabby. 2. Although the hotel was not at all full (4 tables only were laid for breakfast) our room was a hike (4th floor, end of corridor). 3. Breakfastt all self-service, including hot drinks. |
