Die Lage ist sensationel, nur 2 Min. zum Arc de Triomphe. Die Classic-Rooms sind sehr klein, aber sauber und nett eingerichtet. Die Superior-Rooms sind viel größer. Wir haben für die Kinder ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen und hatten eine verlängerte Check-Out Zeit. Sehr, sehr anständig. Ich würde gerne wieder dort wohnen. Das Frühstück ist für eine Familie nicht bezahlbar, aber Cafehäuser gibt es ja viele in Paris, allerdings mehr wie Bagette oder Croissant bekommt man dort nicht. Das Hotelpersonal war hilfsbereit bei Fragen oder Problemen, aber herzliche Freundlichkeit kann wohl in ganz Paris nicht finden. |

Wenn man laut wird und sich nachdrücklich beschwert, beginnt das Kundenservice - dann aber zuvorkommend! Zimmer Avenue war sehr laut. In der ersten Nacht ab 24.00 Uhr eine extrem laute Baustelle direkt vor dem Zimmer - Im Hinterhof Wochentags Bauarbeiten am Nebengebäude. Man hat 2 mal die Schlüsselkarten gesperrt, weil man angeblich keine Kreditkartenbestätigung hatte! Am 2. Tag kein Warmwasser vor mittag. |

Gute Ambience. Sehr zentral gelegen. Einrichtungsstil, Möblierung. Personal ist sehr freundlich, zurückhaltend, diskret. Restaurant: Die Karte ist besser und grösser als die effektive Auswahl es dann auch zulässt. Restaurant ist nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. |

Ein wundervolles Hotel! Das Frühstück ist jeden Cent der 26 € bzw 13 für Kids wert und vom Feinsten: Kusmitee, beste Käsesorten, frisches Gebäck, feinstes Rührei etc. Servicepersonal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit (Fragen nach Restaurantalternativen, Heizungsregulierung und Air condition-Bedienung wurden sofort alle gelöst). Zimmer (Juniorsuite) sind paristypisch,d.h. Wenn überhaupt, dann fehlte vielleicht ein Kaffee-/Teeautomat im Zimmer. Aber das ist nicht wirklich wichtig, gegenüber dem ansonsten sehr stimmigen Gesamtbild. |

The junior suite had lovely night views of the city and the Eiffel Tower. It was quiet, comfortable and very clean. Overall a wonderful place to stay with lots of attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transporation. The proximity of the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe was a plus for us. The lack of English speaking tv channels...other than CNN...was disappointing. |

The decoration (pictures). The seating within the reception area was adequate & comfortable - nice bar area. The noise that could be heard from other rooms, could hear everything that the neighbours were doing/saying & could hear the TVs/Showers. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful - not just for France but on an international level. The location is ideal and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I would most definitely come back and also recommend to others. The elevator has a funny smell. |

We found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was centrally located for siteseeing, shopping and restaurants. The hotel accommodation, food and drinks was very expensive.The kids had some chocolate and drinks from the mini bar and the cost was 30€! The room was very small and the decor of the hotel was 'tired grandeur'! |

Very much in the center of Paris and tourist attractions very local.The hotel, although was popular, still maintained an air of order and calm. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help or answer questions Easy train ride to Euro Disney so the children were happy to stay here too! The initial mix up with the room booking on arrival. However, this was compensated for with an upgrade, which was very nice. . This was done without any fuss or delay. |

We enjoyed our stay at the Napoleon and will definately stay there again. The room was immaculate and the staff couldn't have been better. The dining room and restaurant were lovely. The location of the hotel is very convenient. |

The feature that describes most Napoleon Hotel in Paris for a leisure trip is "Perfect Location." The staff are very friendly and helpful especially the concierge (the French guy is so knowledgeable and helps with directions, means of transportation and timming the planned visits). I highly recommend the deluxe suite..really spacious. I recommended it to my contacts and would definitely will go there again in my upcoming trips to Paris |

Great location, easy access to everywhere, hotel staff friendly. Stayed in a junior suit, not so big however enough for a family with two kids. Bathroom is very clean and comfortable. Tv box (behind the tv) is noisy, I removed the power before I sleep. Rooms facing inside may have some airconditioning noise. However the isolation is ok. No good for sensitive people. After a tiring day nor mally you do not notice. They charged the tea/coffee that we made in the room using tea/coffee facility. |

The location is great: minutes from the Champs Elysees and the metro (1,2 & 6 lines), and the Arc de Triumph. It is an old style hotel, furnishings and such, which we enjoy when traveling overseas. We get enough modern decor in the states. We had a junior suite that was quite spacious for the two of us. The staff was very helpful and courtious.We booked our room well in advance so the rate was reasonable by Paris standards. There was construction going on next door which insured an early start to the day. |
