Η τοποθεσία, η φιλική και θερμή εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού ειδικά της Υποδοχής και Concierge, καθώς επίσης και το ζεστό περιβάλλον στο χώρο της Υποδοχής με το τζακι. Τα δωμάτια και τα μπάνια είναι μικρά, ειδικά για μια εβδομαδιαία διαμονή. Δεν μπορούμε να κλείνουμε Junior Suites για να εξασφαλίζουμε άνεση στο δωμάτιο! |

Very clean and courteous staff. Location was great ...very central to all of Paris. Bed sheets were far too crisp and comforter was rough, itchy wool. Also the room temperature was difficult to control. |

Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms have quality inclusions and have just been renovated. Hotel was close to the Arch de Triumph, Champes Elysees, railway station and tourist buses. |

The helpfulness of the staff at the reception desk. The cleaning staff came into our room twice a day & the room was always spotless. We stayed in the Panoramic Deluxe Room which was really nice & had a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. I read before going to Paris that when you order a taxi from hotels there is already a big amount on the meter, like the hotel takes a charge for ordering it. We ordered a taxi one night, the taxi arrived 10 mins early & when we got into the taxi 3 mins after our phone call the meter was almost 10 euro. Also the prices of the food & drink in the mini bar was outrageous, 6 euro for a small water?? |
