it is located close to metro and champ elsysse which is a plus. rooms were not as clean as I would have liked it to be. there were dust on TV, refregirator. staff did not leave towels in the room. I had to call in for the complementary tea and coffee 3 times since they would not leave it in the room. so overall I was not pleased with the up keep of the hotel. |

They upgraded us to junior suite from superior room coz we was honeymooners that was nice of them While we checking out from the hotel they added wrong 3 breakfast on my bill, but after 20 min they recognized that we were two not three and that we didn't took this breakfast so they removed it. |

The hotel staff and accommodations were outstanding. We booked two rooms (classic and suite) for six in our group. When we booked the rooms, we did not realize that our stay was on the eve of Bastille Day. Due to the large number of individuals visiting Paris at that time, our rooms were let to someone else. However, we were pleasantly delighted when we were upgraded to the Imperial Suite at no additional cost. What a fabulous stay! A metro station is just 100 feet from the hotel entrance. A perfect location for sightseeing with a wonderful view! |

The location is excellent, only 2 mins from the metro station Charles de Gaulle Etoile. Also it is very close to the Champs Elysee for shopping. The room is not equipped with wi-fi, which is quite inconvenient for travellers these days. Also there is not enough choices of tv channels available for non-Francophone. |
