The location was very good. And the room was very nice . The staff very helpful.

The Bath/shower was very awkward, and the water pressue non existant. The electrical switches were also very confusing. The ac was very good though.

This hotel in great location for what we wanted, Arc de Triomphe, Champs élysées and other sights. The Junior Suite was great and everything about the hotel was fabulous

Great Location ... so central but not at all noisy ... Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant ; The lounge/reception area was a great place to relax with friends over drinks; lots of good restaurants nearby . We had been upgraded on check in which was a nice surprise .

We booked a superior room and had been upgraded on check in - which was great. Unfortunately, was very disappointed that the room we were taken to was a smoking room so we asked for a No Smoking room - as booked. We were then shown another Smoking room until on the 3rd attempt we were moved to a No Smoking room . The size of the room was ok but the bathroom was very small - only room for 1 person (although others travelling with did have a superb bathroom) and the wardobe was a very small single wardrobe - but I was assured this was an executive room. The green inner courtyard I had booked rooms overlooking turned out to be an outside smoking area and air conditioning store - although there is another courtyard at the hotel .

i have to wait until 2pm to get my room, also i prefer if i booked in the middle of champs with other hotel and cheaper than this hotel

Location and ease to access the metro

This trip was ultimately for my parents and I was their 'tour guide'. I chose the hotel because of its location and to treat my parents to a little bit of luxury. The hotel staff were fantastic...very helpful and friendly. While I made huge effort with my French (it is not exactly fluent) the staff were very willing and competent using English and we felt very comfortable dealing with them. The hotel room was lovely, very comfortable and attended to each day.

While I got a 'good deal' for our stay at the hotel I do feel it was expensive and the bar and dining room was very expensive.We chose not to even have breakfast there..it was cheaper on the Champs Elysee. I have stayed in Paris before and got much better value albeit in a hotel which was not half as luxurious, although that hotel also had a good location. We definately paid for being located almost on the Champs Elysee!

The Location was excellent - right in the heart of the city with excellent access to all of the sites. The Hotel staff was very helpful!

the hotel offers free wi-fi - but only in the lobby....must pay 18euros per night for in room wi-fi. Kinda expensive considering what the rooms cost!!

I enjoyed the luxury and location of the hotel and the friendly helpful staff

It would have been nice to have tea making facilities in room and a bottle of complimentary cold water on arrival

Hotel with good old fashioned traditions of service with historical heritage touch. Hotel is opened since 1928. Rooms were big (junior suites). Ceilings are high. Beds are comfortable. Restaurant serves good. Bathrooms are clean, new spacious. Concierge service was efficient (got bookings in all major fine dining restaurants in Paris despite the Fashion Week). Free wi fi in the lobby.

Downsides: No hot food in room service menu through the night, including hot beverages. Constant reconstruction and refurbishment which starts after 10 am approx every day. If you feel like sleeping late, will be a problem. Lobby bar sells a single espresso for 5 euro.

The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The value with Booking was very good, but would not want to pay the full normal price... Great location
