The friendliness of your staff is the most important aspect of all. Having just been in France for 9 days, I can say that this varies a lot. Some French are friendly to foreigners; some are not. I speak a little French (un peu), and when people are full of nasty attitude, I feel terrible and do not wish to stay. Your staff were impeccable - warm, welcoming, and very nice! I appreciate that deeply. Thank you!

The TV did not work when we arrived, but once we got a person to come and fix it (a simple wire was unplugged), the problem was easily solved. Thank you again!

Great location, walk distance to metro station and the tourist attractions.

It's kind of expensive comparing to the other similar hotels, about 50-70 euros more per night comparing to the other hotels have similar service and facility.

I liked the traditional decore of the hotel, it had a very welcoming atmosphere. Nice and clean.

Food and drink were very expensive. However, that applies to Paris in general. Its 12 years since our last visit and we were shocked at how much prices had risen.

Excellent location, just a minute walk to the underground. Comfortable and clea rooms (very good for a Paris Hotel). Friendly Staff.

We arrived around midnight and even at that late hour were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful staff. We were very impressed with the room - spacious, quiet and comfortable. The bar was a great place for a late night drink and snack after a day of touring around Paris. And the location can't be beat. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We loved the view of the Arc de Triomphe from our window as well as the Eiffel Tower.

The family and I stayed here few times in the last few years. We like the hotel and the location.

There was something wrong this time. The staff were not as helpful as they use to be. We booked two connecting rooms but were forced to sleep (five of us) in one room the first night because the other room (which was not even connecting) was recently treated with some chemical that made it impossible for us to use it. The hotel did not give us another room despite our consent to have another room anywhere else in the hotel (not connecting and not even in the same floor). They even attempted to charge us for the second room the first night even though they knew we did not use it!

The staff from top to bottom was courteous, professional, and helpful. The rooms were clean and well outfitted with creature comforts. The location was excellent.

Since it is an older hotel that has been modernized over time, it is small and the rooms are compact.

-Very good customer service by the Manager accommodated us despite the mistake in reservation (reserving date was a month later !! with no cancelation !) -Location is very nice -Room was nice and big -Good value
