Kaloriferden tesisatında bir teknik problem vardı su sesi geliyordu.Birde otelden çağırdığımız taksici ile problemimiz oldu.Bunun yanında otelin yeri ve diğer çalışanlar iyi idi.Kahvaltının oda fiyatına dahil olmaması kötü ve burayı kimseye bu açıdan tavsiye etmem. |

Otel Champs Elisse caddesinin 1 arka sokağında yer alıyor..Etoile'e ve metro durağına 2dk mesafede..Bu açıdan muhteşem bir konumda..Ufak şirin bir otel. |

2000 senesinde aynı otelde kaldığımda otelin kahvaltısı yani açık büfesi olması gerektiği gibiydi,fakat yapılan yeni düzenlemeler karşısında büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık,kahvaltı çeşit ve sunumu otele yakışmayacak seviyedeydi.Buna karşılık talep edilen ücret çok fazlaydı,sadece bir sabah kahvaltı ettik,birdaha yemedik.Ayrıca odamız cok küçük olduğundan fark verip değiştirmek zorunda kaldık. Bence otel yönetimi bu konuyu kendi araştırıp bir çözüm bulabilir. |

The junior suite had lovely night views of the city and the Eiffel Tower. It was quiet, comfortable and very clean. Overall a wonderful place to stay with lots of attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transporation. The proximity of the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe was a plus for us. The lack of English speaking tv channels...other than CNN...was disappointing. |

The decoration (pictures). The seating within the reception area was adequate & comfortable - nice bar area. The noise that could be heard from other rooms, could hear everything that the neighbours were doing/saying & could hear the TVs/Showers. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful - not just for France but on an international level. The location is ideal and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I would most definitely come back and also recommend to others. The elevator has a funny smell. |

We found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was centrally located for siteseeing, shopping and restaurants. The hotel accommodation, food and drinks was very expensive.The kids had some chocolate and drinks from the mini bar and the cost was 30€! The room was very small and the decor of the hotel was 'tired grandeur'! |

Very much in the center of Paris and tourist attractions very local.The hotel, although was popular, still maintained an air of order and calm. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help or answer questions Easy train ride to Euro Disney so the children were happy to stay here too! The initial mix up with the room booking on arrival. However, this was compensated for with an upgrade, which was very nice. . This was done without any fuss or delay. |

We enjoyed our stay at the Napoleon and will definately stay there again. The room was immaculate and the staff couldn't have been better. The dining room and restaurant were lovely. The location of the hotel is very convenient. |

The feature that describes most Napoleon Hotel in Paris for a leisure trip is "Perfect Location." The staff are very friendly and helpful especially the concierge (the French guy is so knowledgeable and helps with directions, means of transportation and timming the planned visits). I highly recommend the deluxe suite..really spacious. I recommended it to my contacts and would definitely will go there again in my upcoming trips to Paris |

Great location, easy access to everywhere, hotel staff friendly. Stayed in a junior suit, not so big however enough for a family with two kids. Bathroom is very clean and comfortable. Tv box (behind the tv) is noisy, I removed the power before I sleep. Rooms facing inside may have some airconditioning noise. However the isolation is ok. No good for sensitive people. After a tiring day nor mally you do not notice. They charged the tea/coffee that we made in the room using tea/coffee facility. |

The location is great: minutes from the Champs Elysees and the metro (1,2 & 6 lines), and the Arc de Triumph. It is an old style hotel, furnishings and such, which we enjoy when traveling overseas. We get enough modern decor in the states. We had a junior suite that was quite spacious for the two of us. The staff was very helpful and courtious.We booked our room well in advance so the rate was reasonable by Paris standards. There was construction going on next door which insured an early start to the day. |

The hotel staff was excellent and very accomodating. We were traveling with our teen age daughter and the room was definatlely too small for three of us. Also, it would have been nice to have a dresser. We had to live out of our suitcases. |

We have been in Junior Suite Room number 415. It is large luxurious room with one king size bed and one deckchair separated with sliding door. It has luxurious bathroom with separated bath and shower. It is advertised for 3 people, but large enough for 2 adults and 2 little kids. Decoration in the whole hotel is breathtaking. Buffet breakfast is wonderful. Hotel staff is nice, friendly and speaking English. Hotel is located next to the Arc de Triomphe, 5 minutes walking distance from Champs Elysees, 30 minutes from Eifell Tower, 45 minutes from Louvre. I am traffic noise sensitive so asked for room to the back yard as the hotel is on the rush avenue. We got room with the view to the construction next to the hotel with large crane which is ugly but quiet on weekends. Workers start to work on weekdays from 8 am. It is quiet on weekends except the weak buzz noise from the underground. But is all over Paris, I guess. |

Clean,everything within walking distance,center based,wonderful staff.Thanks for all the information. could become more nowadays,more modern classical,a little freshen up in decoration of the room,cause the bathroom area was new. |

Proximity to the centre of the city and easy access to all the main tourist attractions. The room (small suite) was gorgeous and well laid out. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. |
