The kitchen staff Genetral attitude regarding service. France is not known for service but in a high dollar luxery hotel it seems as though that element would somewhat exist

Very clean typical hotel. Free wifi was excellent as was the free parking. Used it as a base to go to the beach! Bit of a funny location, you need a car or your stuffed. Break fast was hugely expensive for what it was!

Godd hotel compared to others Dissapointed with the cleanliness of the room, out of order toilet, and staff that did not live up to the hotel motto, altough there may be some translation issues that may impact the last.

le petit dejeuner en chambre un suplement de 6 euro pour une tranche de jambon un petit dejeune continental et il est en libre service en bas pas bien donc pas de dejeuner pour 2 jours a l hotel sa pas bien je suis client 6 ans a novotel pas pour le prix en chambre pour le principe m jollet

Chambre spacieuse avec lit confortable, bouilloire à disposition avec tisane et café à discrétion. Personnels aimables et serviables. Petit déjeuner de qualité. La propreté douteuse des toilettes, traces désagréables de nettoyage sur le poste de télévision, plateau de la table/bureau partiellement collante. (nettoyage apparemment effectué à la va-vite).

Le calme, le confort de la chambre, la propreté du lieu. Le fait que le papier qui stipule que les produits pris dans le bar, soient payants, et que ce papier soit un peu caché . Le mieux serait de le spécifier sur la porte du bar. Quelle arnaque intelligente!!!! Les qualités globales de cette enseigne. Parfait pour un séjour d'affaires. La prestation est certes de qualité, mais cela reste cher et manque de compétitivité. Le prix du petit déjeuner. La salle de bains est vieillotte. Une restauration un peu juste.

J'ai aimé l'accueil et le personnel très accueillant, très agrèable, très pro. J'ai aimé le décor zen et design de l'hôtel et de la chambre. Les chambres sont très agréables, calmes, spacieuses, déco très très agréable... Le petit déjeuner buffet et très sympa aussi ! Je pense que l'hôtel doit être super agréable l'été avec sa piscine et ses terrasses....

Het gehele verblijf Het lawaai (gezoem) s'nachts van de airco,waardoor we uitermate slecht de slaap konden vatten.Heb dan ook voor mijn volgend verblijf gemeld dat ik niet meer op deze kamer wil logeren wat ook door de receptie genoteerd werd.

sus habitaciones son muy confortables, cenamos en su restaurante y es perfecto, los platos son muy buenos y la carta muy correcta, y el trato del personal es muy agradable y muy simpaticos, te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en casa, tanto los recepcionistas como los del restaurante. es un hotel que lo recomiendo tanto si vas a visitar la ciudad como si vas de paso x la autopista xq esta muy bien situado.
