Location quite good, having a small balcony

Room quite small, not much storage space, needed chairs, table on balcony

    The location is decent.

The proprietress was uncommonly rude, the 1st floor room was impossible to sleep in owing to the outside hotel lights, the hallways were rank with the smell of stale smoke. & even the bath towels smelled of smoke. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Location. Very close to all amenities. Menton is a very nice seaside town.

Lack of parking. However, underground pay car park close-by.

Nice Staff/Owner (I think) Very helpful (directions to shop's etc..) Near enough to center and beach.

Did not take the breakfast - "only" coffe and croissant as far as I understand - and for me breakfast needs to be availbale until 11:00 (yes - I relax and don't run around at 07:00 :-) I understand this is based on my preferences only - for others this breakfast is probably just right.

Rude French owner with a mustache that will make Tom Selleck jealousies Barely working wi-fi Dirty greyhish color towels with rips and wholes in them No safe Cleaning last left the door open to my hotel room, leaving my personal belongings, documents and money exposed. The owner refused to apologies and started madly rumbling in French, albeit she speaks good English. She then accused me of lying and said that if the cleaning lady (based on the similar mustache and other similar physical qualities she was the daughter of the owner) says she locked the door, then she did. What reason I had for lying she could not explain. Very very rude and unfriendly. She clearly hates people (or just foreigners) and not sure why she is in the hospitality business. Also they keep the keys of the rooms and leave them out at the front desk in the evening for anybody to grab. So not only it's not clean or sterilized (no shampoo or body wash, just small really bad quality soap that they make you use for numerous days), but it's unsafe for you to stay there as there is zero protection for your things while in their custody.

Small and pleasant family-run hotel in a picturesque part of the city. The location is great, with many orange trees around, plenty of cafee's and just a 5 min walk from the sea side. Our room was quite spacious with comfortable beds, big wardrobe and a nice balcony.

Not a lot of parking spots available. The indoor hotel's parking costs 10 euros per day.

Great location close to walking street, shops and restaurants. Helpful staff giving us the locations to catch bus to Monte Carlo. Near lauderie and great for walking the old city and going to the beach

    Nothing at all
