Very friendly staff. Nice and very clean room. Next to the street, but living on the ground floor we haven't noticed any considerable noise. The swimming pool had a heater. The beach is located on the other side of the street. Wi-Fi in the room.

The staff were all extremely helpful. The location was excellent, just across the road from the beach and in a quiet part just outside of St Maxime. The staff constantly looked after the hotel ensuring it was clean at all times, the pool was sparkling clean and nice and warm. All delightful. We were given a very convenient room on the ground floor and a disable car space.

Very little about the hotel to dislike, the room was basic with a walk in shower that didn't drain away so the floor was wet but otherwise, a very pleasant stay and good value for money.

The location of this hotels excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. Although it lies on a busy road it is quiet and restful. It is a big advantage to have a heated pool as out of high season it can be cool and windy on the beach. The breakfast is plentiful and good. The rooms are very adequate and the beds comfortable, the bathroom well equipped, with constant hot water. All in all we had a lovely stay and would like to return.

When booking, I asked a seaview room, wrote that it is important for me, administration of hotel promised to provide for an additional payment. Windows of a room which we were given, were to the extension roof, trees and on the road, of course, I was disappointed VERY MUCH!!. Dear administration of hotel, if you have no possibility to provide a room with seaview - DON'T DECEIVE TOURISTS!!, tell about it honest. Besides, the hotel has problems with safety, videocameras are everywhere. One of them was directed to a window of our room, transferring the image was directed to reception round the clock, on terrace one more videocamera, it is very uncomfortable.

Perfect location 50m. from the beach. Nice swimming pool and very friendly staff. Relaxing place a few minutes by car from Sainte Maxim. 4-5 good restaurants within 2-3 min.walking distance from the hotel. Very good beach with crystal clear water and not overcrowded. What more can you ask for?

Breakfast is continental and excellent although now charged at 9 euros. Swimming pool is surrounded by car park but wonderful beach just over the road. Many restaurants to choose from.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff lovely and very imformative. I had no expectations of this hotel and was pleasantly surprised.

Non andateci e forse le recensioni sono dalse perche' le camere sono brutte ma soprattutto sporche e sanno di muffa. Abbiamo pagato la prima notte senza soggiornare e siamo andati in un altro hotel

Le personnel tres a l ecoute sympathique.chambre tres correct pour le prix paye.une piscine exterieur chauffee et tres bien entretenu,petit dejeuner en terasse sous de beau pin.

L'accueil très sympathique,l'empla- cement idéal,la piscine chauffée en avril,la qualité de la literie . Nous y reviendrons et le recommanderons autour de nous.

Chambre située en rez de jardin face à la piscine. Sa petite terrasse loggia aménagée a été très appréciée. La salle de bains est très agréable et très bien équipée. Le parking est sécurisé, fermé à partir de 22h00 et ensuite ouverture avec un code. C'est un beau petit hôtel, très charmant. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Je le recommande vraiment

Dans cette chambres, les toilettes sont un peu trop près de la parois de douche, mais c'est vraiment le seul inconvénient

Ce qu' on n'a pas apprécié dans la chambre c'est le disfonctionnement du chauffage malgré les essaies de la part du personnel et de notre part, on a eu toute la nuit froid.

Vicino alla spiaggia, bella piscina con acqua riscaldata, parcheggio comodo, stanza confortevole con bel patio, colazione servita in un bel giardino, colazione abbondante e di qualità, sia dolce sia salata. Tranquillo.

Letto troppo "corto", doccia senza piatto ogni volta si bagna tutto il pavimento.

La posizione, la tranquillità, la pulizia e la cortesia dello staff. Ottima la colazione.

Vale a pena se hospedar neste hotel, o atendimento é excelente, quartos limpos com instalaçòes modernas e espaçosos.Café da manhã muito bom!

O hotel fica um pouco longe do centro da cidade (tem que pegar um ônibus que demora a passar) outra opção é alugar um carro e não tem restaurante para refeições noturnas.

Отель находится на окраине Сент-Максима. Через дорогу от песчаного (бесплатного) пляжа. Пляж хороший, идеальное место для отдыха с детьми. Двухместный номер не плохой. Ванная комната после ремонта с новой мебелью и душевой кабиной. Есть фен. В номере удобная кровать, сейф, кондиционер. Есть холодильник. Мини-бар платный. У каждого номера своя терраса с шезлонгами, столиком и зонтом. В отеле очень хороший, достаточно большой бассейн. В сентябре вода в нем была теплой. Бесплатный паркинг. С 10 вечера до 8 утра в отель можно попасть только по специальному коду который выдают при заезде. Заселили раньше положенного времени.

Хозяева не приветливые.Отвратительный Wi-Fi (чтобы им воспользоваться надо пройти регистрацию, интернет постоянно обрывался и посылал на страницу ввода паролей). У друзей в трехместном номере была ужасная ванная комната со шторкой и дыркой в полу. За день до приезда заблокировали на карте стоимость одной ночи. Без машины там делать нечего.
