Value for the money, at least for Paris. Simple hotel but clean and a goodl location near the subway. Do not expect luxury but if you are interested in a clean place to stay for the night, Hotel Neptune is just fine. You are not in PAris to stay in your hotel room the whole day.

A little bit the street in which the hotel was located. A little more Paris atmosphere would help to get the Paris feeling.

I liked the fact that it was strategically located. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the metro and 5 minutes from the mall. Carrefour was located in the mall and it was ideal for travellers like us who were on a tight budget. Furthermore, it's located a stone's throw away from the vietnamese street(which led to china town). The hotel provides a change of fresh towels daily and the staff are ever so helpful and friendly. Free wifi was definitely a huge convenience as well.

The shower was a bit messy. The curtains weren't long enough

no lift. Loud room doors, I hear neighboring tv and hairdryer.

The staff is very friendly, and very helpfull. The room is ok, there is wifi, tv. The bed is comfortable, so as the bathroom. The corridor is a little noisy, but we managed to sleep without problems.

I thought the rate quality-price a little expensive. I really liked the hotel, but I think that 90 euros is a little expensive.

We were leaving from Gare d'Austerlitz early in the morning to begin a cycling holidy so needed somewhere at a reasonable ( for Paris)price near the station. The hotel was both. It was easy to find from Gare du Nord (Eurostar) the street was quiet and our bikes, padlocked to a lampost outside proved safe over night. I was so satisfied with the hotel I tried to book for our return journey but they were full so ended up staying at a much more expensive Ibis. Did not have the breakfast at the hotel so can not comment. Basic room with adequate ensuite. Good for a nights stop.

Small but clean room, everything worked well, not run down; rather quiet street for the vicinity, very nice staff (not too much English, but you'll get the basics covered); free, fast Wifi; decent breakfast (croissants, bred, jam, butter...).

It felt safe and secure. Very good price for the standard. Medium standard, but well kept and very active and observant staff. In Sweden I would probably had put up 3 stars instead of two.

The location is very good. We can walk to many Asian restaurants nearby and it is close to the metro and bus stop.

Only location! Near the metro Place d´italy line 5,6,7. this hotel in district 13, where are alot of chinese and vietnamese restaurant and asian supermarket. If you like asianfood this location is good for you. There are free wifi.

This hotel is really not a "hotel" because the room is very small, we are group of 3 people so in our room there are one double bed and 1 small bed which is very bad quality and no more place to go or to do anything! Our room has actually no window, there are also something call window but no light no air and when we in this room we dont know outside is with sunshine or rain! All the receptionist are chinese, only one of them I met can speak english, the other speak only french, so when you have problem, you must wait until the speak english working. In this hotel there are NO equipment like cup, glass, shampoo, air conditional, fan or something you thought in a hotel should have, except towel (but we are 3 people had only 2 towels). So I dont recommend this "hotel" if you like a comfortably holidays.

No a/c or Fan. The original booking suggested we could stay in the room with 2 children younger than 10 free of charge. Upon reaching the hotel we were advised the room was too small for accommodating 4 people (including children) in the room and we had to upgrade to stay at the hotel. No choice there. Apart from that the front desk was generally helpful and we were able to communicate easily in English. The biggest plus will be the location, really close to metro station for easy access to Paris top attractions !

Great location and a friendly staff.

Just cannot beat the convenience.Quite easy to get around and the staff went out of the way to make our stay comfortable.The locals were also very friendly.I Would reccomend Neptune to anybody travelling with a small family.The price is right and the location ,with fast food,lots of different Asian cuisine available in the vicinity and just a short walk to the Metro makes it ideal for a couple of days in Paris.

Neptune was fantastic in terms of what we were looking for - a fabulous location at Place D'Italie with great links via the metro. The hotel was exactly as advertised and the reviews were all spot on.

We booked a triple room in the knowledge that it was three singles - it wasn't (I.E. it was a double and a single). It was fine though!

Good location in relatively quiet street close to metro station but also within 30 walking distance of sights on the Left bank of the Seine eg Notre Dame, Pantheon, Jardin du Luxembourg. Lots of inexpensive restaurants particularly in Rue de Gobelins nearby. Also supermarket and boulangeries closeby.

Had a ground floor room facing the street. The weather was warm so to leave windows open, you had to close the shutters which meant no natural light in the room.
