the cleanliness, the staff and the location
the beds, the size of the rooms.
The room price was very reasonable, well compensating for the little inconveniences
The breakfast was poor and very expensive My room's walls were paper thin, I could hear my neighbours coming and going (Not the hotel's fault but) there are no decent restaurants in the area to eat dinner Security issue: I met 5 different receptionists during my 48 hours stay, only 1 asked my name when I asked for the room key
Metro station proximity. Free weekend parking on the street! Not a fancy place; just perfect for our family on a budget.
I loved the location. The hotel is family owned and operated, they try very hard to do the very best for the guest. The coffee was awesome. I have stayed in several 2 star hotels in Paris, some that charge more and this was far superior. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were full size. I felt safe there. It is a no frills hotel. I will stay there again.
In seven nights that we were there, I didn't experience anything I could complain about.
good location, few walk arrive the Metro ,shopping mall ,eating place ....receiption smilly and helpful ,room size not too bad ,clean.
Very close with Metro station.
I liked good service, locality near metro station, 24 hours service, wifi was also working good.
Friendly receptionist Good location and access to Metro & taxi Clean room and daily cleaning
1. No water heater kettle facilities in the room and complimentary tea & coffee although you can ask hot water from the lobby. 2. Receptionist hardly speak english, some of them. 3. small room for couple with luggage
Good wifi connection and housekeeping is everyday!
the bed was a little weary and the door to the bathroom was unrepaired.
Bad attitude，bad service, too noisy, not continent.don't believe the comment, this hotel is the worst choice in my travel!服务态度太差，尤其老板娘。没有电梯，房间隔音效果太差。千万别被这家酒店的评价骗了太差了。
near buses , metro ( also to the airport ) restaurants ,etc.ppp
No elevator No Air condition
friendly staff，great location！
room and bath room is a little small
reception is very kind.
Hotel is very easy to find. Barely 5 min walk coming out from the train station. It's not on the main city area so we appreciate the peace and quiet after a long day outside.
Bedroom and bathroom is a bit small. Having 2 luggages with us already filled up the room. Takes a bit of a commute going to the city center so might not be recommended if you do not prefer taking too much of a public transport. But still quite convenient as the hotel is very near a train station that gets you practically everywhere in Paris. No elevator. You'll need to carry your luggages through the stairs.
The location is very good that it is only one minutes walk away from metro station. There are McDonald's and KFC and lots of Chinese restaurant around it. The room is clean and tidy. It also provides shampoo and soap in the bathroom. You can leave your luggage for free.
great location, easy to the city and sightseeings. nice staffs and owner.
The wardrobe is not big enough.
Nice people, clean and comfortable accommodation but budget price
Not really in location close to places to see in Paris but metro is only less than 5 mins away
One minute walk to the metro station and the square is lovely with a big shopping centre and several cafes and pizzerias which I think is the kind of "true" look of Paris. Not in an area with a lot of attractions but you may have to take the metro to get around from time to time anyway. As mentioned in previous comments there are Chinese people working in this hotel so if you speak Chinese you might find friendliness.
Expect nothing on TV but French (they don't have many channels anyway). I watched a translated US drama and lip-reading wasn't helpful at all. Not the hotel's problem, but some guests make loud noises when walking on the staircase.
Neptune Hotel is located in a calm and beautiful neighborhood of Paris with nearby restaurants and a metro station only a couple of minutes away. The staff is really kind, pleasant and always helpful. As far as the price is concerned, very good value for money taking into account the hotel prices in Paris. Wi-fi connection was good.
Due to the absence of a window in the bathroom, there was an unpleasant smell the very first day we arrived. Other than this, all good.
The location was awesome, right by the metro station. Easy to find. The room was quiet from the street.
The rooms were small as were the hallways. There was no lift so you had to drag your bags up the stairs.
The hotel was very accomodating and in our case as muslims they staff gave us direction of the kiblah.recommended for future visit
Excellent value for money and really clean. The breakfast was good and fairy priced.
The hotel was very close to the Metro
No lift - 3 flights of stairs
