The location was perfect. 5 minutes to the metro and 20 min walk to the centre.

The location was good, convenient and in a lovely area. The hotel was clean, the rooms individually decorated and quirky. The staff were very helpful and gave excellent advice on places to go and what to see. We wanted to know where to go for Jazz and we're directed to a great Jazz club.

Location was great for work purposes

Room was tiny, power sockets did not work, room was next to the stairs and was therefore noisy all night.

Ideally situated between La Défense and the city

The location is for sure a plus of this hotel. Just 5 minutes by feet from the underground and from Place Maillot. Very quite because there is no traffic in the street.

The staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast room were really excellent in every way. Impeccable.

The bedrooms are a little small for someone of six foot two inches! It would have been nice to have a plug in the wash basin for shaving.

The receptionists are very nice. And the location is perfect for city tour.

Conveniently located near Les Sablons metro station, easy to reach all the attractions. Nice residential area with lots of shops, grocery, coffee places. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms and very clean, excellent location (close to 2 metro stations - 5 minutes walking distance), supermarket and various restaurants at the street's corner, very quiet and beautiful street. In the hotel's lobby there was a PC with Internet connection for the use of guests.

On the 3rd floor the wi-fi connection was bad, often inexistent. Although I have to mention that on the lower floors it was excellent.

The room was very hot and no airco. It was the last room, so understandably not their best. I forgive them and will go there again.

The hotel is great and very close to all of the main attractions - only 10min walk from Arch de Triumph and 15min walk from the Eiffel tower. It's on a really nice little street with a couple of bakeries, wine shops and delicatessen shop and there is also a supermarket really close by. The room was also really clean and looked amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful - I just couldn't have asked for better service.

The only negative point is the lack of air conditioning and the fact that the room was quite small.

Staff were excellent. Les Sablons Metro is just around the corner as is the Jardin d'Acclimitation (large park with paddling pool and animals...including a bear!). It's in a lovely area with restaurants a short walk away. There is also a local shop, patisserie and butchers nearby where you can get everyday goods. There is also a market in the square every Friday and Sunday.

Can't complain about anything

Peaceful and at the same time close to the centre. Nice staff and good rooms.

I liked the hotel location, close to the city centre and to the tram line.

I didn't like the fact that they cleaned my room only once a week, and they messed up with my invoice.

Location was near to conference centre, about a ten minute walk. Quiet area (for Paris) with good range of shops and cafes nearby. Always felt like a safe area. Staff were all friendly and helpful, breakfast was better than advertised, but no hot food. Bathroom, cool large and spotlessly clean. Always slept well.

Hot hotel. Not helped by fabric wall coverings. Again the fabric wall coverings made the room smell extra-inordinately dusty. Luckily the windows opened, and stayed open for the duration of my visit and the dust/temperature levels improved. If it had been a normal hot summer the lack of air conditioning would have been a big problem. You need to bring your own travel kettle. Free hotel WiFi did not reach my top floor room. Most light bulbs in my room were not working.
