The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bed was amazing - solid sleep for the first time in ages! The decor is lovely as well. Nice area too, close to metro and central Paris. |

Location is very good as it is close to the metro station and amazing park for kids. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast until 11. The double bed has one mattress - which is very rare in Paris (4 out of 5 our visits to Paris there were always two single mattress put together which is very annoying). Room was not big, but very nice and quiet. We stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned the second day. Not a big deal, but surprising. |

Convenient for Palais des Congres, located in a quiet street with no through traffic, near shops and restaurants. My room was hot and stuffy and cramped, there was no duvet (only a woolly blanket), the walls were paper thin and you could hear every word said in the room next door, the toilet paper was horribly cheap and nasty and I actually had to ask reception for more when it ran out - the maid hadn't bothered to check when cleaning the room. Reception staff spoke only v basic English. Breakfast was exceedingly poor value for money, limp croissants and packets of corn flakes at 12 Euros. The bathroom had a bath in it, but the tap switch didn't work so could only use it for showering. Overall not particularly good value for money. |

Room is small but comfortable and cozy. Very nice interior and bathroom amenities. Breakfast is also good comparing with most of French (Parisian) hotels |

We stayed only one night, and arrvied at the late evening. The staff is so kind and the room is beyond my expectaton. Although the room is not very big, the decoration is great. Very good location, sit in a quite lovely street.close to Metro line 1. The room is a litte bit small, the mirror in the wardrobe is broken looks poor when you first come in to the room. |

Friendly staff who speak English, lovely location in a quiet street with nice shops and cafes, luggage stored for us until we left for the airport free of charge. Tasteful and interesting decor. Conveniently close to Porte Maillot for Ryanair coach to Beauvais Airport Bedroom and bathroom were a little small but I will stay there again. I booked two double rooms but received a double and a twin. The receptionist apologised for the error. |

The reception staff could not be more helpful, they provided maps & information and nothing was a problem. They were very reassuring and calm, pleasant and easy to speak to. The rooms were very clean. The location was perfect. At the top of the street is the Avenue of Charles de Gaulle which leads straight onto Avenue de la grande Armee which leads in a straight line to the Arc de TRiomphe and you just keep walking in a straight line from the Arc onto the Champs Elysees right to Tulieries Gardens and the Louvre all in one straight line street! I also loved the luxury olive oil soaps, shamppoos, conditioner and face cloth. The towels were soft and fresh. Just at the corner is a little Shoppi or general store selling everything you might nee Our room was a little on the small side but really not noticeable. |

Very good location, price is acceptable this considered. The room was a bit small and the absense of a minibar was irritating. Considering the price, breakfast should've been included. No A/C (there was a noisy fan in the room though). |

The hotel was in a good area of Paris which felt safe. There were nearby shops and cafes; the metro was also close. Within pleasant walking distance of Palais de Congres. Staff were very helpful. |

Affordable and very convenient. For a small hotel it was very good. Very noisy- I realise that this is often a problem with smaller, older hotels. |

The staff, the surroundings and the lobby That people are allowed to smoke in their rooms, but maybe it´s like that at every hotel. |
