Very nice hotel indeed, clean and spacy rooms, very comfortable. Good rate for parking. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was very good and even very reasonably priced (the mini bar and breakfast on the other hand are seriously overpriced - we had our breakfast somewhere in the neighbourhood). No free internet service - not really on for a 4 star hotel. |

The hotel is very stylish, very comfortable and the staff are really helpful. Fabulous situation, an easy and delightful stroll into town or to the Corniche |

It was a modern, clean and stylish hotel The hotel staff on the reception desk were great - the staff in the restaurant were very rude and unhelpful. To wait 1 hour for a sandwich given they could not get you a meal was useless. |

I have stayed here 4 times now and find the location, the staff and the restaurant very good, the car park is right next door to the hotel. The rooms are clean and the overall appearance of the hotel is clean and up to date as well. |

Very nice design, all new - as the name says -, Late checkout for the car in the garage was no problem. Bakery and supermarket close by. All services, with exception of the garage, 9€) are a bit pricey. If you like the coffee machine (2.50 per shot) you can buy Nespresso capsules somewhere in a shop. |

The relative proximity of the hotel to both the old port and the coastal road. Ridiculously high prices for breakfast and individual items in the mini bar. |

comfy clean and tranquil room breakfast was 18 euros for nor very much, staff at reception were not all well trained ie some could not answer basic question about where to go for a drink in the area and were pushy trying to get me to order a cab even though i said 3 times i wanted to go by bus. |

design, architecture, helpfulness of staff, good bed, good toiletries. You have to pay for coffee from the espresso machine in your room. For a 4-star hotel, that is bad form. Smell of fried food in the restaurant in the evening, obviously there is a problem with aeration. |

Excellent hotel within easy walking distance of the Old Port. Beautifully furnished and a fantastic bargain. For a luxury hotel, it irked me that we had to pay for internet service. |

Very good location.Friendly staff.Lovely hotel.Nicely designed.Modern&different.Nice restaurant/bar.Got free room upgrade as standard rooms were fully booked.Don't think there was much difference in room except that we got a nice balconey.Room was fairly quiet even though there were alot if guests and hotel was close to port.Few small faults but overall very good Didn't see the point in having seperate toilet to bathroom, as there were only sinks in bathroom so you still had to use both rooms.Only mirror in bedroom outside of bathroom, was on back of wardrobe door, but locker&bed were too close to wardrobe to open door fully.Espresso machine in room but charged everytime you use it-should be free coffee as in Irish hotels.Lots of pillows but uncomfy to sleep |
