Everything was perfect! The staff is very friendly and helpfull! The rooms are very clean and with a vary nice design. The breakfast totally deserve the money!
The location (just close enough to the old port), facilities in the room (very comfortable all round). Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great value - our breakfast was included in the deal.
wifi was sporadic - sometimes it worked, other times not :( Charging 2.5 euros for each nespresso coffee made in the room - really???! this is a four star hotel ....
The head porter....bell boy was a wonderful source of information, excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to see!
consider 100 euros per night, it's perfect not very close to but near the port good restaurant good staff parking
The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the old port area. When we arrived we were made to feel welcome and the concierge was very helpful. The room was large and comfortable and quiet at night. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection and sitting out on the veranda having our breakfast was an added bonus. There is also secure underground parking. All in all the stay we a very pleasant one, and overall we felt it was good value for money. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
No comments to make here.
We were able to walk to the virus port , harbor, beach and huge park within 10 minutes . The hotel is very nice and staff excellent .
Feel it is expensive for tha quality ...parking and finding hotel was tricky ... Parking way too expensive as was breakfast ...
bad wifi connection
I paid in booking a 2 adults and 1 kid room and when I was at the hotel, they simply charged me 100 additional Euros per night because of NOT having registered the extra bed. This made my stay very expensive and for this price I had better options in Marseille
We got a small incident in the first room. and the staff and managers a react very professionally. and they are really helpful during our stay , and recommend a lot of good activities to do in Marseille
Great staff who went above and beyond
Pool Restaurant Connectio to bus
Slow wifi Prices in restaurant
Excellent restaurant recommendation from the concierge.
I would choose another hotel option in marseille - poor value. No views, pool not very nice. Charges 10 euro for a beer by the pool and the Sofitel (which we switched to the next day) only charges like 7 euro!
Individual and quirky style; excellent breakfasts; Savon de Marseille toiletries; huge balcony.
WiFi in the bedrooms would be helpful.
Modern, excellent firm king size bed, excellent bathroom. We add $ 50 per night to have a suite, with living room, fridge, safe...lots of space which you usually don't find in Europe. All staff very helpful, polite, total different image from stereotype that people might have of French people. But again this is Provence, not Paris! But the best kept secret must be the restaurant, we ate everywhere from expensive to casual places but find the hotel resto really delivers the best price-quality. The evening fixed price 3 courses menu at 29 euros gives good choices, with emphasis on fish (of course), and for us coming from Montreal (which has the highest density of French restos in North Amaerica), this is quite better, better quality, better price. Bravo for the Café gourmand which let you taste 4 different very good desserts. I usually don't write but this is exceptional value, I just hope they don't jack up the price on my next trip ( I definitely will return )/
Friendly and helpful concierge. Room was clean, quiet. Very close to Vieux Port.
The phone in the room didn't work (can't access front desk). Wifi connection and signal was at first bad in our room; had to make several calls - staff finally came to reset the wifi and solved the problem
Breakfast is very good they have the best yoghurt. Nice pool area .
France still allows people to smoke with food and drink outdoors. So if you are using the pool you are subjected to cigarette smoke.
Nothing. However I liked Marseille.
I had to change rooms after first night due to putrid sewer and moldy smelling room. No internet- couldn't be fixed until the Monday- this is a 4star hotel?!? I was relying on this to keep in contact with another friend. Dirty room service plates in hallway entire visit. I left belongings worth $200, promised they would be sent on 6th(next day)not done,so, despite constant emails and reminder phone calls from me for the next four days. Most ignored. Finally sent to Bordeaux the day before I left, 6 days later! but I had checked out and didn't get them. V.v. unfriendly service from front desk. If you're a tourist DON'T STAY HERE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! This hotel caused me a lot of stress. Manager never bothered to respond to my email or phone calls. No help with info about the town. Worst hotel I stayed in in two months in Europe.
good staff，good facility condition，good price，and great view from the from the balcony
except for the air conditioner was leaking one night，others were just great
The staff were excellent. They couldn't do enough for you. The food in the restaurant was 1st class. Very comfortable bed.
Being funky and trendy has it's merits. The hotel gives a enjoyable stay to it's customers
Maybe I missed it, but I did not see the gym in this hotel...
Quality, staff, location
pool area and also lovely bar staff!
Some members of staff were excellent The in-room food was great. The breakfast was excellent.
Other staff at the reception and restaurant could not talk english and put me down the phone when I've called them. The service of alarm clock did not work. Either the line was busy or nobody would answer. The cost of the nibbles in the room was outrageous.
Wifi speed and reliability !
