The location was most convenient in a colourful and lively area of Paris, near the Gare Montparnasse. It was not too expensive and offered everything we needed. It was clean and the staff were extremely polite and very helpful. In a city, at this price, you don't expect much luxury, but the decor was rather drab, the bathroom very, very small with a door which needed to be planed to shut properly and there was no good reading light (though, to be fair, that is now true of many much more expensive hotels!).

thankful for the availability of the PC and intranet in your lobby. Great neighbor hood, friendly staff. Woman surving breakfast was not very happy to be there.

la proximité de la gare Montparnasse le mobilier trés usagé, une décoration désuette, un amenagement vetuste, pas d'isolation phonique entre les chambres,....en résumé un petit hotel ou il ne faut passer qu'une nuit pour dépanner....

Emplacement Hotel qui a mal vieilli et sale Tapisserie ancestrale Chambre minuscule Salle de bains avec lavabo minuscule et wx coincés entre mur et douche Plafond dègoutant d où pend de la poussière du fait du chauffage par air pulsé Aucune insonorisation intèrieure d une chambre à une autre. Exige pièce d identité alors que le paiement est effectué par cb protégée par la banque

Nous sommes venus à plusieurs reprises et l'emplacement dans Paris est idéal pour nous. Il faudrait prévoir de nombreux travaux. Beaucoup de choses dans la chambre laissent à désirer. Il faudrait un peu de bricolage pour que ce soit à peu près correct. Pas de poignée à la porte, abattant du wc non adapté. La porte de la sdb qui frotte au sol et par conséquent ne ferme pas, le pare douche laisse passer toute l'eau, le porte douchette cassé etc.... Prévoir l'insonorisation des portes des chambres, on a l'impression d'être dans la chambre du voisin. Pas de sèche cheveux.

La situation de l'hotel. Le seul point positif est un changement très récent de propriétaire qui envisage de tout reprendre à zéro...... Hotel vétuste, décoration laide, pas d'insonorisation, accueil peu avenant, propreté douteuse....faut il encore ajouter quelque chose?

la proximité à la gare Montparnasse Communs non entretenus et sales, humidité et odeur de renfermé dans la chambre, équipements de salle de bains HS (wc cassé, robinet mal fixé, plus de porte de douche), ascenseur en panne... Comment peuvent-ils avoir 2 étoiles ? En bref un bien mauvaise expérience....

L'accueil du personnel. Le bruit dans la rue une partie de la nuit, le problème du fonctionnement du réfrigérateur qui n'a pas été réglé ni réellement pris en compte.
