Located by train station The bathrooms were moldy in shower, the noise from outside was incredible we have been staying there for many years ( over 10) We won't be staying there anymore. They need to improve their cleanliness

Good location and inexpensive. Room was rated as Superior Quality but was only standard being quite small, and the bath having no plug, tiles with mould growth and the shower hsd only a small spray head that produced a dribble. Overall quite poor.

The hotel is across the street from Gare du Nord and has a Metro station right outside, very easy access to all paris. There are lot of restaurants and coffee houses near the hotel. The craw is pleasant and the rooms are clean Most uncomfortable beds, and the entire hotel space is claustrophobic

Location. Literally 5 footsteps from Metro. The worst hotel I have ever been. Poor staff, no toilet paper, no electricity, broken hairdryer, unstable internet, poor breakfast, no warm water to take shower. Really this a dissapointing hotel. And the night staff is rude.

not much apart from the train station being right across the road, even that wasnt great late at night with people hanging around outside all hours where to start... we couldnt check in for about 3 hours after our arrival cause the computer was down, fire alarm got everyone up and out of the hotel at 5 in the morning with a false alarm, the electricity went on our last night, freezing cold showers, getting dressed in pitch black. i could keep going but only have 300 words. just avoid this hotel if u wanna enjoy your stay in paris

Location, aircon and provision of safe. Breakfast was excellent. Lift stopped before landing and luggage had to be carried up several steps not suitable for more mature travellers.

Hotel is one of avarage "no value for money" Parisian hotels. Very expensive (100 euro a night) for what you get. Small dark rooms, shabby decoration. However, personnal is friendly.

Bathroom walls were moldy (I have pics if you need them). Bedroom walls also had mold (trust me). Room was too small for 4 people. Hotel staff asked for money when we needed towels. Horrible place!!! Would never stay here again (I'm telling everyone I know not to stay here).

The staff could not do enough for you, they were welcoming, kind, fun and helpful. It really was very pleasant and I will stay here again. It is not the best hotel in terms of comparing with a 5* hotel, but then you are not paying the price of that! It is clean, well taken care of, good value breakfast and the staff are excellent.

It certainly was convenient, literally across the street from the train station. And the metro was only steps from the front door. The metro was so crowded that I am glad we were able to drop off our luggage and travel to other parts of the city bag free. The hotel itself was fine. I did not feel very safe in that part of town with so many people hanging out right outside of the train station.

The only positive thing was the location. The cleanliness, the facilities, the fact that the bedding did not fit the bed, the lift ending between floors.

The location was great. Directly opposite the station and the staff were really helpful and spoke very good English. Decor of the rooms were very poor and bathroom was in need of gutting and replacing all facilities. Very old bath and toilet, def had seen better days. I think it is way to pricey for what it's worth. We only used it as a base to sleep in as busy during the day but would not recommend due to Bein overpriced.

Location, Location, Location... The room was quite small and getting the luggage to the room was an adventure. Others spoke about the elevator. It lets out in between the first and second floor, right out onto the spiral staircase. No landing to speak of and it was tiny. Still for all that it was quite old, it was clean and in good repair. Still we had a train out of Gare Nord the next morning and it was directly across the street. Felt safe, and there were several Cafes on the same block that were open late. Room felt quite dated, bathroom was tiny.
