The location was great. The staff was not helpful at all and the room was gross. We were first put in a room with a double bed and told that it was for two people. There was no room for anything because the small bed took up the entire room. We had to switch to another room that had two tiny (though pretty comfortable) beds. The rooms desperately needed to be refurbished. |

Location is superb for sightseeing and shopping, I also liked all the antique furniture in the lobby Rooms are too small, no tea making facilities, coffee making in the room is charge extra |

Ideal location. The receptionist I had to deal with for my early than planned check-out was really a very nice person! Thanks. Last nigh I could follow in the middle of the night all conversation next door. Noisy neighbors also the other next door. Noisy ac. |

Very helpfull and friendly staff. Room was very clean. Location was very good. A standard room is small, however we felt very comfortable and didn't need more. The restaurant and room service were very expensive. |

son emplacement dans le 8eme. La chambre a la limite du correct, tapisserie viellissante, salle de bain bonne à refaire, bref comme dans les précédent commentaire cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 etoiles, a peine 2 etoiles... |

Allt funkade rimligt bra och personalen var trevlig. Standarden var som ett ordinärt Scandic hotell och man funderar på vad kriterierna för 4 stjärnor är. TV med endast CNN som engelsk kanal är lite begränsat på ett 4 star hotell. |

Sa situation particulièrement bien centrée par rapport aux monuments de paris, commerces et entrée de métro. Son personnel est très agréable et son tarif accessible si réduction comme nous l'avons eu. Le tarif hors réduction me semble cependant excessif par rapport à l'équipement des chambres |
