Warm and polite welcome. We told that we are on our honeymoon and got an upgrade to our room level for free. Room was clean and cosy. Heating was powerful and we did not have to feel cold. Room was quite small, but I think in this location rooms with this price are this small. Still, room was big enough for us. |

The lobby is spacious and nice, and the location is close to many luxury boutiques. Even the nonsmoking rooms smelled like smoke. The double rooms were not well appointed for the asking rate. The rooms need to be renovated, however the bathrooms were decent. There was also a considerable amount of noise from other rooms and hallways. Also you could hear footsteps on the ceiling from the room above, and the water from the bathroom moving down the pipes from the floors above. |

Location is perfect, specialy for those who like shopping, etc. The Hotel Is nice and the staff friendly and helpfull. Parking are expensive in the area: 33 euros/ day. Durring the night I could park my car outside on the road (free) but I think I was lucky. Internet conexion are too expensive. |

cleanness you could clearly hear the people next door. You could also hear other people's taking shower or using the toilet. We were supposed to take double bed but the room was changed and the bed was twin. |

It was an enjoyable stay. The area is very central and close to the Place de la Concorde, with loads of expensive shops around We were sitting in the very nice bar one evening and looked down and there was a mouse! The barman was not too surprised and said that they had tried to get rid of it! |

the location was excellent and the porter and reception staff on arrival were very effecient. I had to wait half an hour for some toilet paper to be brought to the room after the room maid had forgotten. |

I really enjoy this hotel, it is reaaly lovely with a nice and big bathroom, very clean and it worth for the 150 eutos a day that I paid. The location is nearby Place de la concorde in the heart of Paris. |

The hotel was ideally located near/in the center of most of the major touristly sites. Plus the Madeline Church is an easy land mark for taxis, mass transit like the underground as well as the open tourist tour buses. The evening staff was pleasant and accomodating. Some of the day front desk staff wasn't as friendly or accomodating as the evening crew. |

The hotel is only 50m away of Place Madelene, in the center of the city. The rooms are a little old fashioned. Nevertheless we liked the place.The view on the Eifel tower is a little exagerated. |

The location was great. The staff was not helpful at all and the room was gross. We were first put in a room with a double bed and told that it was for two people. There was no room for anything because the small bed took up the entire room. We had to switch to another room that had two tiny (though pretty comfortable) beds. The rooms desperately needed to be refurbished. |
