Perfect location! Excellent atmosphere and decoration...

Perfect location, in direct proximity to metro station Medelaine, only a couple of minutes from Champs Elysees, Montmare, the oper, ...

Excellent hotel with a nice design in a very good location, close to everything. The staff was nice and helpful. The room and the bathroom where on the larger size, for Paris of course, very comfortable, quiet and clean.

The biggest inconvenient for me, by far, was the wifi which is awful to connect at, slow and unreliable.

Lovely decorated hotel with Great location near place de la Madeleine. We have stayed here more Than once and we will be back. Nice helpful staaf. Nice breakfast. The free bathproducts are so nice but could be changed once in a while into Hermes scented products for women...

Quite small rooms and we had superior room this time.

Junior suite was in the attic and very cramped with less than standing headroom in much of the room The cost of the suite ought to have included breakfast which was an expensive extra

Reception Restaurant Elevator is classic ! Helpful staff Location was very central (on off buss just beside the hotel for all the tourist stuff)

Room looked much bigger than it actually was on photos. (Although it was immaculate when it came to tidyness). Payment problem with Mastercard. Tried three different cards and still didn't work. Paid when I got home. Proffesional about the matter though!

Definetly location, stuff and athmospere. Renovation done last year makes one feel very comfortable.

Great location. Cozy

Great location with quick access to transit (métro and bus). The restaurant provides a very good menu and, given the area, a great value especially for lunch. The staff is excellent: professional and courteous without being familiar. Free wifi throughout the hotel (but this isn't a typical business hotel so the speed may not match business hotels near the airports).

The breakfast at 22€ per person is on the expensive side, even though they have hot items. (Fauchon just down the street offers bread, viennoisseries, butter, jam, hot beverage and juice for 17€.) Each room also has a Nespresso machine but the coffee surcharge is 2.50€ per capsule; capsules from the Nespresso boutique cost, on average, 0.35€.

Location is fantastic, at a central subway exchange, 2 blocks to Champ Elysee, Louvre, and lots of restaurant options. Rooms are a decent size based on European standards, with very clean bathrooms and bedding. Staff was extremely helpful, all spoke English and assisted in anything we needed (reservations, taxis etc). Would definitely stay again.

it was too hot in the hotel.They can reduce their costs and improve on the comfort at the same time!It is not normal,that in wintertime we have to open the windows wide all night and it is still too hot!

It was situated in a perfect location

The cleaning lady didn't care at all if the clients were sleeping or not, she was really noisy while cleaning the corridors and the other rooms. We were supposed to have a Nespresso Machine in the room but we didn't have it.

The hotel is cozy and clean. Its staff are kind and helpful. It's location is amazing its 5 minuets walking from la fayette & Printemps, and also 5 minuets away from champs élysées str
