Good location close to tram and old city. Self catering facilities.
Need n large mirror.
Location is excellent Directly opposite the Acropolis conference centre and next to Place Garibaldi with a short walk to the old town and port. Great value for money Kitchenette very handy
Accommodation is fairly basic Pool closes at the end of September
the courteous and knowledgeable front desk staff and the central location which made walking around Nice easy.
the cracked and broken tiles in the bathroom; not enough space to prepare food.
Location and balcony overlooking fountains
No toaster Too late for roof pool
The hotel was cheap and in a decent location from the old town and museums. The staff were nice and friendly.
The fridge in my room made a lot of noise throughout the night. I would not advise this hotel for more than a couple of nights, it suited my needs but it was not comfortable enough for an extended stay.
The location was fair, a couple of minutes' walk from the Old Town and Av. Jean Medecin.
We booked five nights, including parking. Upon arrival we were told that the parking was not available and we would need to park our car at a public facility (eur 26 per night!). No apology or compensation whatsoever was offered. The bathroom was very poor. The window nets were grey and stiff from dirt. The apartment door required lots of force to be closed and open, and made lots of noise. The staff at the reception was very unfriendly, going on rude, and not helpful at all. The place was so bad that, although having paid 5 nights already and not getting money back, we cancelled our stay after the first night.
Well located, an easy walk to the centre, restaurants and shopping secure parking the staff were pleasant and helpful
The so called double bed was more like a large single
great for getting trams and busses into Niece and wherever. The hotel is in a nice area only a short tram ride away from the Promenade d Englaise and main areas of shopping. The tram/bus services run a 7 day ticket from 15 Euros which can be used as many times as you like. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The room is adequate and functional - no frills - tv good and free wifi excellent.
nothing much really.
tram stop is near by. handy to have kitchen facility
If you are checking in over the weekend check reception hours as they were closed when we arrived and couldn't get into the building until re-opening.
Clean, very basic accom, suitable for a one night stopover
No wifi operating as advertised which made making and confirming travel plans difficult
Good functional plain accommodation in an excellent location for visiting Nice and surrounding areas, access to public transport excellent and possible to walk to visit Old Town and Port. Apartments on upper floors at back with balcony overlooking garden are best.
More like typical student residence plain style, great as base for visiting but not tempting to stay in and relax.
The location, close to buses and trams.
The toilet was so close to the wall I could just about sit on it with my knees pressed against the wall !
Courtesy and helpfulness of staff Facilities Location
Central location. Staff very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is great for making your own food if you want to skip the odd restaurant bill.
Reception closed on Sat and Sun between 12-2. Call them to have them give you an entry code so you can get in and wait.
Good value and overall hotel better than most peoples reviews, good location ,and would recommend it as good base as we were out most of time .
Bed gave us both a bad back for some reason never suffered this before and I can sleep anywere usually even on a bare floor, toilet bit cramped and shower gel and toilet rolls ran out 3 days into stay and we were out during the day every day .
The hotel was a 30 second jog to the front entrance of the exhibition centre so great if you are attending a conference there.
Quite central close to the old city and yet surprisingly quiet. Good facilities and service.
There was a swimming pool that not many people used so it was never empty
While booking the room six months before the stay I requested a balcony at the back and we got no balcony and room was at the front of the building on a busy road
the value, close to supermarket and tram stop and old town.
Wifi didn't always work and had to log in and out to make it work
Location was good - walking distance to beach and restaurants. Price was ok for what we got.
some much needed maintenance is in order e.g.: painting and cleaning i should be at top priority as the curtains in our room had not been cleaned if ever. Also the bathroom in need of urgent painting and cleaning.
helpful staff, laundry facilities and cleanliness of rooms
Our room was so small, you could not use the loo sitting straight. We had to pay for an upgrade after the first day.
near the center, courtyard view is unexpectedly nice and quiet
the receptionist was very nervous and harsh about our late departure at 11:50AM, strong dishwasher liquid-like smell in the room, took time to dissolve
Great location, very near to bus and trams and easy to walk into the old town. The room was very comfortable and quiet. They need to provide a kettle, but rest of the facilities were great. Unfortunately the weather was not warm enough to use the pool but it was mid September. Would definitely recommend and stay again as great value for money.
Good value. Close enough to town and Promenade. Tram just around the corner. Good boulangeries close by. Handy for Nice Riqiuer station and port area, Good air conditioning.
Slow wifi in apartments.
Self catering option with good range of equipment and wide range of local supermarkets nearby
