la habitación era muy amplia en dos pisos, curiosa y muy cómoda, además desayunar en la cama fue todo un lujo. También es muy céntrico frente a la playa y el casco antiguo detrás |

The location was excellent for both the Boulevarde des Anglais seafront and the Vielle Ville and Cours Selaya . I booked a superior room with double bed .I would not class the room (Room 4) as superior in any way .There seemed to be drainage pipes from other rooms incorporated into a partition and the noise was disturbing .The windows overloked a dismal area comprising a flat roof covered in dog faeces .There was supposed to have been a double bed BUT there were two singles pushed together . |

The location is excellent, it's just minutes away from Vieux Nice, Marche Aux Fleurs and the beach. You can have breakfast sent to your room, nice croissants. The room I had was facing inside, not the streets, which was the rooftop and balconies of an apartment within the hotel, just couldn't fall asleep because of the sound of the ventilation on the roof. Some staffs aren't very nice and cold, since there are no escalator and I am so petite, that receptionist wouldn't give me a hand to carry my luggages down the staircases when I left. |

Very good location!!! Very convinient to get everywhere, located in the historical centre of Nice. Nice hotel. Not so helpful personnal (some of them). do not clean it welll, do not change the bed during the week! |

The location is fantastic.....25 metres from the beach.....lovely restaurants literally on the doorstep. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for ?? |

Comfort, cleanliness which is very important to me, staff was pleasant, close to the beach. View from the non-sea facing room was also good. If you want to be close to the beach & in a good 3 star tyoe hotel, this could be a pick. Else there are others which can be cheaper and better but a little away from the beach. The rooms were small ( we saw 2 of them) , breakfast quiet expensive, no refrigerator in the room. Even after clearly mentioning a double bed,we were given two single beds which was changed only the next day. |

This hotel had a certain charisma about it that fitted in well in Nice : while rooms on the small size i would definately recommend Location - on beach prominade, friendly staff, balcony at rear, combined with a certain 'style' made the stay (even if room was alittle small it had character) |

our balcony was wonderful with a great view, and the room was delightful. It is perctly placed to be able to visit everything. Although one member of staff was brilliant, the others who manned the desk during our stay were somewhat dour and lackluster. |

Room was clean and very comfortable bed, with tea and coffee facility in room, hairdryer in bathroom and good air conditioning. Great location for the beach which is right across the road! Just around the corner from the flower market, place massena, shops, cafe's and also the train station was in good walking distance. Arrived back at midnight after an evening out and the electric in our room did not work! After aprox half hour staff switched us to a different room. First room was a bit on the small side, but the second room was more spacious. Could of done with a fridge in the room. |

The location was absolutely wonderful, the room was clean, comfortable, quiet and lovely and cool. the staff were polite and helpful. No. Whilst the staff were very polite I can imagine that perhaps they could be percieved as a little bit formal, and not overly friendly, but they were nice enough and helpful. This had been a point I had read in reviews and I thought the staff were fine. |

The room was really nice looking, had a very large bathroom. We had a huge deck in our room and the air condtioning worked great. The location is awesome, cross the street and you are at the beach! |

Proximity to Old Town Nice The room was a bit too small (very low ceiling (I'm 6 feet 2 and I almost touched it with my head). Also the airconditioner was spitting dirt on the suitcase, whose support was located right underneath the conditioner. |

location our room (paid 3 months in advance) was at the second floor, where the ceiling is actually only two meter high, feels a bit like in a doll house. This "small detail" was not advertised when we made the reservation. |

Very convenient for Nice Old Town and to the Promenade des Anglais and Quai des Etats-Unis. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Bathroom was newly fitted and shower was excellent. Room was unorthodox with bed up steep spiral staircase above bathroom. Limited headroom in bed area (6 foot). Small seating area. Woodwork in rooms particularly next to the metal stairs was worn and appeared dirty. Ventilation in room and bathroom was poor and it was difficult to determine if the air conditioning unit was working. |
