Perfect location on the waterfront, with the old town market on the next street back! Beautiful room, very accommodating staff (they offered drink from the bar, arranged tours), full breakfast was delicious. Will definitely return there!
nothing to complain about!
The hotel was perfectly placed for a weekend visit to Nice. We were meeting friends for lunch most days so all was within walking distance
There was nothing to dislike.
Spacious main room and large bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Good choice of food for breakfast, and good coffee. Excellent location, and parking station very close to hotel.
Couldn't log on to WiFi from the room.
Many fine bistros and restaurants within minutes walk. On the edge of the Old Town and on the front, best location ever! Mezzanine room was a charming surprise as the balcony had an unexpected glimpse of the sea.
the central location helpful staff close to airport bus stop (98) close to tram station (Opera)
bedroom space cramped
location excellent close to shops, markets restaurants, beautiful promenade miles long with lots of entertainment including skaters, hire of bicycles etc.
We had a Standard room which was very small, half a wardrobe, couldn't unpack, lived out of suitcase, Fridge not working although we complained to reception it was not fixed the five days we were there,Room clean
The location is excellent. Walking distance to all locations; next to the beach; great breakfast; clean and very comfortable.
perfect location, right by the promenade des anglais, the sea and the old town. helpful staff speaking english. very nice and clean rooms, public parking nearby. my second stay in this hotel and definitely not the last one if I ever make it to Nice again! :)
It is a bit expensive considering it's Mercure but so is the whole Côte d'Azur... Once you get there and see all the benefits of that hotel, you won't regret!
The hotel is literally across the road from the beach and beachfront walk and behind the hotel is the wonderful old town with all the action. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are pretty small and would be very tight with two people and substantial luggage. Not the place to spend too much time!
Room with stairs, Wi-Fi, Not working TV
the room was very small .There is no space for luggage .
Only downside was bed was a bit firm but its a minor flaw.
Location is very good Near the beach and down town
Location was good near the city center and the baech.
The room was too small. I cannot even turn around. Bathroom was also really small. I think this was the smallest room and bathroom I've ever stayed.
Location and staff helpfulness.
Room too too small.
As of our arrival, the reception staff told us we had received a room upgrade, so we stood on a very large and comfortable room with a big balcony and sea view. Very nice!
Breakfast not included and very expensive should you decide to have it (18 euro/person).
location is amazing. on promenade des anglais and 1 min from old city and restaurants. has a private beach. expensive but was in august so very high season
no privaate parking, we had to find places in public parkings. not really a 4 stars. no elevator. rooms are small. fridge doesnt work.
Location, location, location ! Friendly, helpful staff, Ground floor room, at rear of hotel (away from street traffic at front), Good air con & good room space allowing for central location (superior room selected - more expensive !).
The bill !
No sharp bins for insulin pens
Room was really too small for 2 persons and the luggage.
Had to pick up my room service from the lobby and when our room was cleaned our plates weren't removed to I had to take them down myself. The shampoo provided was horrible and included softener there was no conditioner. The employees were not friendly or helpful and lacked experience and knowledge of places around the hotel. My husband couldn't fit in the shower as he is tall and had to shower with his head bent down then whole time. Way too over priced!
Position of the hotel between the flower market and the beach. Very close to the new underground car park.
Bedroom layout. It wasn't actually cramped and the bed was good but the feeling was a bit claustrophobic for us
Tiny wardrobe space, threadbare towels, reception staff that did not look up from computer to say good morning, hello, or even smile. Based on this I wouldn't go to a Mercure anywhere again. This wasn't Nice charming, it was stingy and mean.
The location was good, the room comfortable
The room was a loft and the ceiling was not very high so if you are a tall person you bump your head a lot.
