The location is excellent if you are looking for somewhere close to the main railway station and access to the airport buss.
From the day of my arrival to the day of my departure nothing was as it should have been. No housekeeping, towels and bed linen never changed, room wasn't clean, no dishcloths or tea towel provided, but you are expected to keep the kitchen area clean. The temperature outside was in the mid 30's but nobody came to empty the bins in the room. The doors to the complex were locked at random times with new arrivals standing outside unable to get in. The WiFi was almost non existent, when logging in the company website was displayed showing a list of all their locations. The one I stayed at in Nice was not on the website. Seems to say it all really.
near to nice ville station, have ref , kitchen and utensils and microwave and u can accept visitors in ur room.
Just a litte space for taking a bath .
Closeness to station as we arrived late at night also not too far to walk to beach. bathroom was adequate
Where do we start, from the minute we opened the door there was bugs running across the floor, did not get a real bed just an old pull out sofa couch and balcony looked as though it was the storage area for cleaner. There are a lot of hotels and hostels in area so would probably look else where.
Staff rude, arrogant and not helpfull. Dirty place, terrible bathroom. Never stay in this place
The personnel was very friendly and always ready to help!
Its location is really good for the travelers who have take trains.
It was like self-service apartment. There was no receptionist during weekend, and the residence seemed old and dark. The floor of room was extremely dirty. If you have a budget of more than 80 EUROS, I think you can have a better choice nearby during summer vacations
Horrible dirty place infested by bed bugs in a dangerous area. Seniors and families shall stay there. I am wondering how Booking.com has a such business partner. It was the worst place ever I stayed in my life.
Wi-fi was good. Location-wise, it was very close to the station and a quick walk from the beach, BUT it felt like quite an unsafe area, neither me nor my friend felt too comfortable there. Staff were helpful, in the two or three times that we actually saw them!
Overall, this wasn't a great place and I wouldn't recommend it. The area felt unsafe and generally quite scary, the staff were never there - one night, when we were coming back in, a woman was keeping the front door open and letting random people in! Very scary! Fire alarms kept going off, with no one working there to tell you what was happening, cleanliness wasn't great and comfort was pretty poor. I wouldn't recommend.
Never stay there! It is totally bad! Right outsideren The Door you have a so bad areal that you can't work safe alone there! Take my awise never go there!
Nothing it not clean. My room had only 1 lamps and not a lampe when you entré The room so a Night you have to feel you Way into The room. The toilet didn't work and The shower I could not stand up even I and only 172 high. Totally BAD!
Location was good, right near the train station and tram stop
staff aren't very helpful
Basically clean, and the free breakfast is fairly comfortable. The television set and the air-conditioning are functioning, otherwise I'll write it in the red side
● No wifi in the room. The reception says they do have wifi, but you have to go to the hall to connect to the network. ● The tiny room, which is only half of the size of the hotel we found in Genoa, charges 40% more ● The sheets are old, the toilet is broken, the telephone is hidden under the bed. ● Too far away from any train stations, restaurants, interest sites or super-markets, the only way to go to the down town, according to the reception, is taxi.
I liked the location a lot. It was clean and next to the this place, there was supermarket and shops... It was very comfortable.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable as other people said and it would have been nicer if there was salt or oil, more toilet paper etc.
The man at reception was excellent.
The room was dark and smelt damp. the bathromm stank of drains. It felt like being in a cellar squat.
Size of the room was sufficient Location was excellent
15 minutes walk from the old city, and the walk is beautiful.
The bed wasn't good.
nothing it whas vwry bad ,bad area ,not clean
placement: in front of nice train station not too expensive for nice in summer
no room service no shampoos no clean towels no clean sheets no breakfast no toilet paper the essence of low cost, but not so low. Are we now also going low cost in hotels sacrifizing all service?????
haven't found anything to like honestly.
Overpriced. Should be called a hostel. Not even a bed - only convertible sofa. I would not pay more than 35 euros a night.
