It is very close to Acropolis conference center and in walkink distance to the city center and to the beach. WiFi access as free of charge hotel service. |

Room kept clean and tidy. Staff very helpful. Soaps, shower creams and 'glasses' were replaced every day - very wasteful. Room rather small. |

Stayed here with a friend, and very happy that have chosen this hotel. Perfect location -10-15 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes from Old Town. Very clean rooms in good condition, for France rooms can be called spacy, though not so big for American or German standards. Very nice and helpful personal, all speaking English. Free tea/coffee and biscuits every day as a bonus to your room (+ there was electric kettle in the room). Would recommend this hotel to all my friends. |

The hotel is conveniently located near the main bus station, tram stops and vieux ville. Although the view of the mamac roof garden from front upper room is lovely, traffic noise makes it difficult to sleep. Also, breakfast was slightly disappointing because no cold milk was available for cereals on three mornings out of five, and there were no eggs (as shown on promotional literature and as enjoyed on previous visits to this hotel). Breakfast staff were young and rather laise faire and not particularly conscientious about keeping products topped up. |

The location is excellent - walking distance to watefront, Piazza Garibaldi, Old Nice, good restaurants. There is good bus and tram service. The fabulous Museum of Modern Art is across the street. The elevator broke down twice. |

The hotel was in a good position next to the beautiful old town. Though basic, it was good value for money, clean and air conditioning worked well. Did not try the breakfast but it seemed over-priced for what was offered. |

I liked the place, a possibility to boil tea and coffe in the room, tea and coffe in the room, everyday towel changing, bathrooms accessory, normal beds. Dirty window, maid left unlocked room. A floor was not wiped all the week. |

friendly receptionists, clean room and free internet. I would recommend this hotel to anybody, who is looking for a clean nice hotel in the center of nice and doesnt want to spend too much money small room, but still a very nice hotel |

Weren't at the hotel very much. Only single night stopover. Hotel is fine for this but rooms very very small, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good for the old part of town. Would use again. You need to be careful to ensure rooms have air condition though. Ours did. Some single rooms don't. Noise was not a problem for us either. For the price, breakfast should have been included. |

Location, basic service The first room smell like cigarettes although all of the rooms are nonsmoking. In the second one, there was a slight smell of mold/soil and I wonder where it came from. |

Good location, excellent for the old town and the port. Ideal for an overnight stop before catching the early ferry to Corsica. The room was a little small, when the third bed was pulled out you couldn't open the door! |
