Location close to old city, tram and buses. Nice and frienddly staff. Small rooms but very clean and practifally furnitured

Breakfast should be improved.

Room was small and cramped. We had to keep our clothes in our suitcase.

The location is marvelous, right at the edge of the old city, convenient access to public transport, rooms freshly renovated and very clean, friendly staff, WiFi available.

Rooms (at least the one we used) way too small even by French standards and equipped very basically.

I had read some poor reviews on booking.com so I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. Yes the rooms are a bit small but they were extremely clean and all the fittings and furnishings look brand new. Fantastic view from the room. The breakfast was good as well and the staff were nice and helpful. Good location to catch buses to Cannes and Monaco. We got a great deal on booking.com and would stay there again if we went back to Nice.

Everyone at the reception was really helpful and friendly, they helped us to print the boarding pass and call an early cab. The hotel has a decent location, you can easily get to the top visiting sites within 15 minutes.

Receptionist on day 1 was very rude and impolite. I asked where the bathroom was and in the ground floor upon arrival and she pointed to the hallway near the reception. I rested for awhile as I was told my room was not ready. After 30 mins, I went to the bathroom. There was one door that had a handicap image. So I did not go there as I assumed it was for handicapped persona. Then another the door that said toilette, prive. I am not french so I didnt know what prive meant. I went inside to wasb my hands. After the receptionist came out of the toilet cubicle and said to me in a very disrespectful manner: what are you doing here??? Get out. I said: why are you asking me to go out? She pushed me out and said, dont you know this is private? I said, well I dont speak french and I dont know what prive means. Plus on the other door theres a drawing for handicapped people thats why I didnt go there. She just shouted: no! This is private! And that is for everyone else! It absolutely ruined my morning as the receptionist was very impolite. Since my room was not yet ready, I just went out of the hotel after telling the receptionist that they should properly label their bathroom af the lobby. I was not able to get the receptionists name but I arrived on may 17, at 10 am. She was the worst receptionist ive encountered in my life! The other receptionist in the afternoon and the day after were okay. But that lady was absolutely impolite. She shouldnt be in that job if she has no manners.

Room was spotless, very modern. Bathroom was good size and well outfitted.

Needed a fridge and when we booked in the room wasn't ready.the receptionist left us sitting in the lobby for about an hour ,when we asked if our room was ready she told us it had been ready for quite some time, we didn't think this was good enough.if we didn't go and ask we could still be waiting for our room.

spotlessly clean room, very comfortable bed, room faced away from road so lovely and quiet. used it for an event at the acropolis expo centre, could not have been more convenient. 5 mins walk that's when you have to wait at the pedestrian crossing! Excellent breakfast, lots of choice, staff amazingly helpful and all speak very good English2 mins walk from Place Garibaldi - loads of restaurants and bars, 10 mins to old town, cathedral and beach. would return in a heartbeat.

slow lift, could have used the stairs but I was on the 8th floor, wifi annoyingly unreliable, but apparently all of that part of Nice was having a problem that week.

It was an excellent opposition for exploring the old part of town,catching public transport, and walking the promenade. the staff were extremely helpful and polite.

the room we had was very small, only just had room for two suitcases.

Location - very close to old town, tram and bus to Monaco. Staff friendly and helpful. Room small but clean and modern with good wifi. Tea/coffee facilities in room were a nice bonus. Would recommend.
