Good location, short walk to the beach. 25 minute walk to the old town. Also the lady on the front desk was very helpful when we needed to print off our boarding passes for online check in and went on the internet to print them off for us. We were a little concerned about security as our room door showed signs of a previous break in, but nothing like that happened during our stay. |

Arrived at the hotel at 12:45 and normal check in is at 3pm. Receptionist first said we will have the room ready by 2 and we can store your luggage, but then clean up crew postponed their lunch break and room was ready 1:10 |

It is in a good position for shops, beach, restaurants, etc. There was plenty of space in the room and a nice garden to sit and have a drink and smoke. No charge for safety deposit box - good. Staff very nice and helpful. The rooms could do with some TLC - they looked old and tired. Repairs to appliances (our fridge was leaking on the floor); a wall bracket for the shower; a kettle; patio doors/windows need repairing for security and the addition of air conditioning or at least a fan in each room would be a bonus. Recommendation would be based on these improvements being made. However, you get what you pay for. |

Great accommodations, spacious, clean, good location. We didn\t like the guy at the front desk - not friendly at all, no customer oriented. Every time we would ask a questions would feel like we were bothering him. One night a couple of English speaking uests arrived after 10 PM - nobody was at the reception - which is OK, according to their policy, but at least - leave the info who to contact for the keys in different languages! |

Nothing! There was lice and cockroaches on the bed and we didnt sleep the whole night and had to refund the room and stay somewhere else. There was no hot water and the room seem like it was falling apart and it was really dirty with smoke ash left behind! Everything! Do not stay at this hotel even though it's cheaper, its very deceiving and not worth it. Very dirty and unhygenic. If you want lice bites and wake up to cockroaches on ur bed then go for it. Also they only have sofa beds that u have to open yourself. Dirty! I would think this is a 2 star hotel not 3 |

Very good location, close to the train station, beach, shops reataurants. Room was resonable size, having balcony was a plus. During our stay, no body bothered to clean the room, change towels or bed linen.The whole appartment was very basic. Needed serious renovation. Kitchen was small and dated and we had to buy our own washing up liquid as it was not provided. |

1. It haqs good location near the beach, bus, train station. 2.Easy to find. 3. Well equiped kitchen. 4. It's good place to stay and relax for family (with pet). 1. After 2nd stay in there haven't been any possitive changes with TV. CNN stops showing in the middle of news and cant bee seen for 2-3 days. 2.Hotel offer included room service for stay longer than 7 days that we didn't receive. When we asked in the reciption why we didn't get it they answered that we had to ask for it. |

Close to the town, ideal location. Reception looks very nice however this leads you into a false sence of security as the rooms are very drab Very drab and in need of modernisation. Corridors have a very strange smell!?! |

The staff were very helpful, everything was nice and clean. It was convenient for our needs. we were able to sit out in the garden area. We would have liked instructions to open the bed as we struggled with it. there was not dish washing equipment only a cloth to dry the pots with. |

Good size room, well equiped kitchen, helpfull staff. An easy walk to the train station, beach and the city. Good value for money. I will be returning in a couple of weeks. We were very happy with our stay. |

Gardens 3 person studio was 2 sofa beds. 2 people had to share double. No kettle and very old hotplate. No bar.. No night staff/porter. Info re access after 10 pm very vague. |

The employess was very helpful, and the bathrooms very clean , one of the 3 duvet was smelling ... The material of the rooms and corridors ( corridor carpet, furniture in rooms and finishing materials) could be better. |
