Nice location, calm place, many shops to buy food nearby

Wifi only in the coartyard and only for one device.

The location - just a few minutes from the beach. Very central. 15 min walk from train station. Handy for Monte Carlo and St Agnes day trips etc. Parking was available but you had to pay. It was necessary to use the parking as the street parking was very difficult and risky! Staff spoke English well and were very helpful. There was a laundry for guest use.

The hotel needed air conditioning and a general spruce up. The rooms were hot, and we were grateful for the ceiling fans. The hotel corridors were stifling. The extractor fans didn't work in the internal toilet and bathroom. No hand basin in the toilet. The shower head had no hook so had to be hand held. There was no kettle provided unless you asked at reception and kitchen equipment was a bit limited. No microwave provided. No day cover on the bed settee - just the foam. We were given a sheet to put on it. It wouldn't take much to make this a lovely hotel.

Affordable, clean and a great location

Poor WIFI - only available for one device in the lobby downstairs. No air conditioning in the room (but there was a roof fan which was quite good)

location: it was very quiet but still close to old town and even closer to the beach. patio (inside terasse): we were able to enjoy the inside garden of the hotel, for eating our breakfast and dinner, read and play. big and clean flat, with a bath tube. quality/price ratio was excellent.

no reception after 18h. no restaurant in the hotel, only breakfast served. the kitchen of the flat was very old and could benefit from renovation.

The kitchen has everything you need. Good and new stuff. The location is good. In just 5 minutes you are at the beach. There are a few supermarkets close by

    It was all quite oke.

The location. Close to the see, main bus stops, not too far from the old town...the whole area was a good one, not too busy with lots of very good bakeries, food shops etc.

The hotel room was very dirty, especially the walls and the carpet. The furniture was very old and shabby. The microwave was no where to plug in, no water cattle heater and no hair drier. Not even toilet paper, you have to buy it yourself.

The apartment was clean and had a comfortable bed.

It was very very basic. It needs a complete revamp as the paint in falling off the wall.

We booked this on at short notice for 3 nights. The location was OK, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Reception staff very helpful. Rooms were hot. No air-conditioning, only an overhead fan. Rooms very noisy and no wifi. Wifi available in foyer and courtyard. Small kitchenette was ample and breakfast was offered at an additional 10 euro. Premises also has laundry.

    No wifi in room.

A good base for a short stop over in Nice. May be an issue when it gets really hot not having any A/C but was great for what we wanted on a one night stop over and good base to see Nice & park up our Rental Car. Would go back

Big room, with everything needed (including coffee machine). Close to the beach and a nice walk along the beach to the city centre. One bus to the airport.

Room equipment a bit old. Window mechanism was damaged and the window could not be closed (despite reporting it on the first day to the staff, it was never fixed).

the location was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, the garden was nice and cool, a good refreshment after a long and hot day.

amenities were a bit poor and outdated - built-in stove was not working, no hair dryer, also wi-fi password you had to ask and renew daily, and there was a limit of 3 passes per apartment, which was a bit strange. still, it was a good deal for the price - its Nice, after all. also 8EUR for breakfast was a bit overpriced, as in nearby cafes you can get a good espresso and croissant for just 2EUR.

it was in a quiet street but only 7 mins walk from prom. Nice garden in which to sit, read, listen to the birds and chill out in the evening. We could leave the windows open at night in safety.

apartment was pretty basic, but ok for 3 star. Should have a hand basin in toilet. Pillows were very small. Toiletries were basic.

The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. We had all we needed for self catering short stay. The apartment was clean & comfortable and the location was excellent, short walk to town and beach and not too far from train station and old town. We were given a large free map and advice on travel as we wanted to explore and go to Monaco.

All just fine, great value for money. Don't come here if you want 5* accommodation but come if you just want a simple, clean place to stay. Some tiles were cracked, cupboards were a bit tatty but all in all place was excellent !

There is a beautiful big garden. The flats are big and spacious. Perfect for a group of 5-6 friends. Good location, close walk to the beach and 15-20min walk to the old town. The receptionists speak English. The place is nice and tidy, the beds are comfortable, bathroom and toilet are separate which is also good. Overall it is good value for money for group of friends, the better alternative to a Hostel.

No one checks your room during your stay. If you run out of toilet paper no one will come to restock. Check out is at 11 o'clock which is a bit early, and if you are not out by 11 you get a call to ask you to leave. Even after you say that you will be out by 11.10, you get reminded again that check out is by 11am. OK! One reminder is fair, a second one is just too much, nothing changes for 10min. Reception closes at 6pm and then you are on your own. You can't iron your clothes because there is no iron in the room, and there is no one to give you one as reception is closed. Same for the toilet paper.

The location. it is walking distance to most of the sites. the place was shabby (furnishings /facilities) but reasonably clean. It is reasonably priced.

The furnishings and the place could use a little refurbishing.

great apartment layout, ample space for comfort and even long stays.

lack of any basic service like even replacement of towels or toilet papers is ridiculous, also is a broken dishwasher with no provision of soap/scrubbers for dishes;assuming they would like things to be left behind as found.
