This beautiful residence enjoys an ideal location in the centre of Nice, near the beach and famous Promenade des Anglais, both easily reachable by foot.

A lovely garden, sheltered between the two wings of the building, holds the promise of a convivial wind-down after the invigorating effort of swimming in the sea, or the demands of a congress or business meeting.

In the near vicinity you will find numerous shops and restaurants, and the devoted staff is happy to provide any help and information.

The shower didn.t work there was no information about the hotel services etc or transport as the hotel s not on abus route`information about travel and bs passes would have helped.

no it was ok but it looked rather tired and needed some updating--we did not have new carpets but the hotel was really an aparthotel. very suitable for families

The day trip we took to St Tropez and away from the horrendously
overpriced and wholly underwhelming city of Nice, which is
anything but nice.

The hotel is a place to flop. Nice is a place to avoid and not somewhere
we would recomendor ever consider again except to pick up the ferry to
Bastia. The hotel offers bed settee's in rooms which are spacious and
reasoably well located but with lack lustre decor. There is absolutely
no parking and you have to be a Texas oil baron or rag head to park
elsewhere. Cooking facilites in rooms help!!!

I liked that the the spacious room was like apartment. It had real kithen and balcony. A positive suprise as this was not mentioned or i did not understand it in information. Staff was helpfull and situation was a short walking distance from town center. We had dog with us and she enjoyed the hotel as well as the area. A park was near by (short walking distance) which is vital for dog.

A word "hotel" to me means that I book the room and I need not to clean, cook ,fetch toilet paper as hotel staff takes care of these while I'm out of room. In this case I would say it is more of a apartment which I get the key as I arrive and return the key as I leave. Time between I take care of the room myself. So information was not fully accurate in ads.

Appartment square big enough, ground floor with a small terrace.

Old sanitary equipment, no bed linen change or room cleaning during
all stay (5 days); fair tv operation; old furniture and floor
carpets... :-((

Actualy I did not like my stay at the hotel at all! I could not leave
the hotel, for there is nobody at the so called reception between 19.00
and 07.00. for leaving early to the airport, I had to pay in advance,
and could not get my money back and search for another hotel.

The beds were covered with beggars inrags. The walls in the bathroom
pealing off. Kitchen with no kettel or microwave. I have all
photographed.
