Am fost placut surprinsa de curatenia din camere atunci cand am ajuns, curtea interioara cu terasa si faptul ca bucataria era utilata si functionala. Nu s-a facut curatenie in camere in nici una dintre cele cinci zile, si nici pe terasa. |

Am avut liniste ,parcare (contra cost )! unde deabia am incaput cu porbagajul de pe masina pe care l-am zgariat bine si cam atat! Sa se faca curatenie in camere macar odata la 5 zile si sa se schimbe prosoapele macar la acelasi interval .Sa repare paturile ! Sa puna aer conditionat in camere Micul dejun (mereu acelasi cornuri si gem ...!)este prea scump iar daca il refuzi te pune sa platesti pe motiv ca nu ai anuntat la timp |

apartament spatios , terasa mare . parcare in garaj , la un pret bun . langa zona comerciala si aproape de plaja. revopsirea peretilor , inlocuirea mobilierului de bucatarie. |

The location of the hotel is pritty good, hotel has a lovely garden and car parking facillites which was very helpfull. Most of the rooms are specious with a balcony with a garden view. |

The staff were excellent, really helpful and responsive.The location is good 5min walk to seafront.Having optional private parking can be a huge relief in Nice.Large rooms. We would go again. If you have a room facing the road it will be noisy until about 10.30pm.The decor is tired and needs changing but cost is fair. |

Great Location.. Easy walking distance to Promenade, shopping and resturants. Parking in garage a big plus in Nice. Furnachings were second hand at best and made the room feel cold. There is a kitchen, nice, and a rug on the floor. Spots on rug not nice. |

Very helpful Reception staff, good location and reasonable(at Internet price we paid) value self catering accommodation - though not The Ritz! Sinks need unblocking, loo could do with good disinfectant to freshen up and furniture bit shabby. |

Location was fantastic, hotel staff exceptionally kind, the aparment was very good, clean, large enough and quiet, with cable TV, and kitchen was well equipped. No carpet in the room, and one has to buy himself staff for washing dishes. |

Spacious rooms, good parking facilities, closeness to the beach promenade, shopping district and old town The first floor with windows to the street is very noisy, especially for children. However, the staff was helpful to change the room when we mentioned it. |

The kitchen facilities in the apartment were good. The hotel staff spoke english and were helpful No screens on the windows and the room filled with mosquitoes when the windows were opened. The internet was expensive but not working anyway. |

Big and nice room, kitchen has full equipment, close to supermarket and beach. Good parking. Wasn't hot water in the evening, no air condotioner and it's very inconvenient in hot summer time. The bed not so comfortable. |

I liked the location, proximity of the sea shore and the old part of the town. I was able to walk to the places I wanted to see. The patio outside gave me the ability to relax outside after long walks. Great for family or a group of friends traveliong together. The carpet was dusty. |

The staff speaks good English, very polite, friendy. Location is very nice. The street is quiet, close to the beach and to the main city sights, close to the Russian Cathedral. I liked that I had a kitchen - it is very convenient The elevator did not work, when I ws leaving and I had to carry my things downstairs |

The quiet and yet very central location is maybe the hotel's greatest asset. The lovely and inviting little park in the middle of the buildings came as a great and very positive surprise! The large window of our small flat made our nights fresh during the lovely Indian summer we enjoyed. Our only negative experience was the total lack of toilet paper on arrival! We will recommend your hotel to our friends and will most certainly return sooner or later. |

As guests in a family room, we appreciated having kitchen facilities in our room. The hotel was also nicely situated within easy walking distance to sights, a supermarket and services. We thought some of the furniture in the room was in need of repair. |

The staff were very helpful and responsive including upgrading us from our allocated apartment which was very rundown (ripped sofa cover, dirty carpet) to a slightly better apartment. The hotel was a disappointment as it was quite rundown and dingy (broken door handles, dirty carpet, uncomfortable sofa bed, etc) and needs a completer makeover. The actual apartment bore little resemblance to, and looked considerably worse than the internet photo which looked quite appealing and was one of the reasons I booked. |

Complete kitchen tools. Good airco and amazing terrasse. Strong bad odeurs from bathroom. No Soap during the whole stay! (Hotel staff said they ran out and I had to buy it myself!) no soap or anything to wash the dishes neither. Bathroom bath very unconfortable and water spread out easily. |

We can make our own food, cheap and near to the beach. I recommend this hotel to those who are economist. We have to buy our own toilet paper, no disk soap, no shampoo and no bath gel. Anyway, we had only an apartment. |

The terrasse, the fridge. no cleaning when staying 6 nights- First cleaning is after 7 days stay. I have not read this before. Hot water was at a minimum- The bed was a sofa- 2 rooms only when at least three person. We were only two.Now towel exchange.i am under contract by a big airline and i cant recommand this hotel. |
