Otoparkin olmasi ve merkezde olmasi. Geldiğimiz gece hiç görevli yoktu.ordan bir Türk bize yardımcı oldu.Odada sadece çok ince çarşaf vardı.4 Kişeye sadece 1 battaniye koymuşlar.Sabaha kadar üşüdük uyumadık.Ertesi gün battaniye istedik.Otel odası lüx beklemiyoruz ama çok eski.Hiç bir yere dokunamadık.Hele küvet bu kadar eski olabilir,bir daha kendini yenilemezse gitmeyiz.Bilgilerinize |

I am afraid there was not really too much to impress me with this hotel. The room was so hot and there was only one mobile air conditioning unit which did not work well and at times blew out hot air. The cooking space was shabby and the bed was uncomfortable. |

Spatial room, centre city located Although there are 35 languages written on the broad to "welcome" international clients, we felt still unconfortable for that among these 35 languages, chinese is forgotten. Moreover, no air conditioner is proposed in the room, and even on the 8th floor, we were still attacked by mosquitos!!! |

A basic but reasonable hotel close to the centre of Nice. Staff were excellent and the room was clean and tidy. No air con but units are available to hire. Would use again if ever in the city. |

I like the proximity of the beach, of the railway station, of the shopping area. We were in our honeymoon and we enjoy the intimacy and the dinner every evening on the terace of our studio. |

quiet atmosphere, facility of cooking is good bathroom is poor, need to be upgraded, room service need to be attended at least every 2 days time for that price. |

Good location, short walk to the beach. 25 minute walk to the old town. Also the lady on the front desk was very helpful when we needed to print off our boarding passes for online check in and went on the internet to print them off for us. We were a little concerned about security as our room door showed signs of a previous break in, but nothing like that happened during our stay. |

Arrived at the hotel at 12:45 and normal check in is at 3pm. Receptionist first said we will have the room ready by 2 and we can store your luggage, but then clean up crew postponed their lunch break and room was ready 1:10 |

It is in a good position for shops, beach, restaurants, etc. There was plenty of space in the room and a nice garden to sit and have a drink and smoke. No charge for safety deposit box - good. Staff very nice and helpful. The rooms could do with some TLC - they looked old and tired. Repairs to appliances (our fridge was leaking on the floor); a wall bracket for the shower; a kettle; patio doors/windows need repairing for security and the addition of air conditioning or at least a fan in each room would be a bonus. Recommendation would be based on these improvements being made. However, you get what you pay for. |

Great accommodations, spacious, clean, good location. We didn\t like the guy at the front desk - not friendly at all, no customer oriented. Every time we would ask a questions would feel like we were bothering him. One night a couple of English speaking uests arrived after 10 PM - nobody was at the reception - which is OK, according to their policy, but at least - leave the info who to contact for the keys in different languages! |

Nothing! There was lice and cockroaches on the bed and we didnt sleep the whole night and had to refund the room and stay somewhere else. There was no hot water and the room seem like it was falling apart and it was really dirty with smoke ash left behind! Everything! Do not stay at this hotel even though it's cheaper, its very deceiving and not worth it. Very dirty and unhygenic. If you want lice bites and wake up to cockroaches on ur bed then go for it. Also they only have sofa beds that u have to open yourself. Dirty! I would think this is a 2 star hotel not 3 |
