Nice Riviera Sweet Home

Tunnelma oli kotoinen ja lämmin. Yhteinen aamiainen pitkän pöydän ääressä oli todella mukava ja välitön. Paikan omistaja mme Levert on hyvin avulias ja ystävällinen. Heti saavuttuani hän näytti kartalta kaikki kiinnostavat kohteet ja kertoi niiden aukioloajat. Voin lämpimästi suositella tätä pientä (5 huonetta ja 2 WC:tä ja suihkua) bed and breakfast majoitusta.

Erinomaisen ihastuttava vain 6 huoneen hotelli isossa asunnossa.Isoissa huoneissa tyylikäs,viihtyisä sisustus,parisänky+2lisävuodetta ja oma WC-kylpyhuone.1-h huone pieni ja vaatimaton,mutta TV ja radio.Ranskalainen aamiainen kuuluu hintaan.Aion ehdottomasti asua samassa hotellissa myös ensi kerralla! Ulko-oveen saa oman avaimen, mitään respaa ei ole, joten tunnelma todella kuin omassa kodissa! Erittäin halpa,tylikäs yöpymispaikka!

Ei. Monet ehkä säikähtävät ilmastoinnin puutetta. Oma huoneeni oli viileä.Ventilaattori oli tarjolla.1-h jakoi tyylikkään WC-kylppärin toisen isomman huoneen kanssa, mutta siinä ei ollut ongelmaa.

The friendly atmosphere and the owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room I shared with friends was very large clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for accessing beach and public transport. We all had a fabulous time staying at home sweet home and we were able to access the kitchen for drinks at anytime day or night which was a good bonus. We all said if we return to Nice we would certainly stay at Home Sweet Home without hesitation.

Comfortable bed, spacious, clean room, simple but nice continental breakfast. I paid 30 Euros for a single room, which in present day France is a bargain. As a one night stop over it was pretty ideal considering price and location.

Just by quitely talking on the phone I woke up my neighbour who knocked on my door to complain. You'll hear people snor all around you, unless you are in fact the first to fall asleep. Definitely not a place for noisy or otherwise potentially intense and intimate nocturnal activities...

Everything. Perfect location, clean, nice breakfast and nice owner. Highly recommended.

I like the decoration and the location which is only 10 minutes away from the railway station. The hotel host is quite sweet and considerable.

As I know, there's only one public bathroom, which is quite busy in the morning.

The erea wasn't very central and a little scary at night( if you are traveling alone or just 2 girls like we were...)

i will recommend nice home sweet home to all travellers for its kind and friendly atmospher. big and beautiful rooms designed perfectly for your stay with an unbelievable price. the staff working there are so helpful and try to make a comfortable place for you with a nice smile everytime. i encourage you not to miss this sweet hotel!

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and the B&B has a very friendly atmosphere. About 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15-20 mins to the Old Town (recommended!) Russian Cathedral very near :)

The area is very busy = loud (noise from vehicles)

The location is very convenient both for people travelling by car and for those travelling by train. It is near to the center but in a quiet enough street. The owner was very helpful in accommodating my change of plans regarding the arrival and departure.

I had no issues but the b&b is very big and I could not really be sure of how many people I had to share the bathroom with.

Everything is just perfect!!!!

You are REQUIRED to be quiet at all times. So difficult to do especially if you are with a group. Even if we were already whispering, you are still asked to be quiet by the other occupants. You have to be really, really quiet even when putting down your luggage, you cannot make any kind of noise. You share bathrooms with other apartment mates. No privacy.

Excellent location bear to Promenade/train station. Great room with gallic character and Genevieve (the appartment owner) was very helpful.

La gentillesse de l'accueil. La chambre spacieuse pour nous 4, dans un bel immeuble ancien. La situation géographique (tout près de la promenade des anglais). Une adresse à recommander.

Hotel ist eher versteckt in einem Mehrfachhaus untergebracht. Selbst der Taxifahrer musste es suchen.Leider kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Kleidung muss auf einen Rollkleiderständer aufgehängt werden. Bad und WC auf dem Flur.

Schlecht zu finden, am ersten mal. Aussen sehr klein angeschrieben. ( Klingel )

Wir wurden von Genevieve sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie und ihre Kollegin waren immer sehr bemüht, unseren Anliegen entgegenzukommen. Genevieve hat uns auch im Vorfeld per email schon viele Fragen beantwortet und weitergeholfen. Alles in allem haben wir uns im Nice Riviera Sweet Home sehr wohlgefühlt. Schon ab dem ersten Tag haben wir uns dort bewegt, als ob es unsere eigene Wohnung wäre. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und liegt zentral .... man ist schnell am Strand, aber auch schnell in der Altstadt! Wir würden es genauso wiedermachen. All the best ..... :-)

Le prix peu élevé,la gentillesse de la propriétaire et la proximité des lieux à voir.

Assez bruyant jusque 23h00, minuit ( les autres locataires ou l'extérieur), l'heure du petit-déjeuner imposée à 8h, la salle de bain et surtout les toilettes partagées...

l accueil de Genevieve qui est adorable. Toujours prête a rendre service et en plus toujours avec le sourire MERCI pour tout olivia
