Hidden gem of a hotel. Well appointed, comfortable hotel. Breakfasts were magnificent. Nothing negative to say. Very pleased with the Nicolo.

The room was cozy. The location was great. I really appreciated the fact that the hotel was very near the Eiffel Tower, yet it was in a residential area, away from tourist areas, but still walking distance to everything! We loved the garden, made the area very comfortable! Staff was friendly.

Breakfast room really tiny. Not enough tables for all. We had to wait and squeeze with others in the same table.

The hotel was small but lovely with a very attractive courtyard garden It was great to sit outside under the ornamental gazebo and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. There was always a member of staff available to offer helpful information and the breakfast was plentiful. I would definitely return there and recommend it to friends.

We thought Nicolo was really great. It didn't disappoint on any level. The room was very big in Paris terms and spotlessley clean. Bathroom felt like brand new, bed linen was crisp and clean. The apple and strawberry pastries handmade for breakfast by the friendly cooks were delicious. Location is perfect- its central but dead quiet and peaceful. I didn't bring an adapter- receptionist pulled out 20 different kinds within seconds. We stayed in room 32. It's split level and spacious.

Hotel Nicolo is friendly and cozy, in a fabulous location, quaint but lovely decor, great outdoor but off-street courtyard, friendly and helpful staff, and a great breakfast included. The rooms were clean and well appointed for this style hotel. Nice appointments like wine glasses, soaps and shampoo, and flat screen TV. The carpet on the stairs was so worn and dirty it was a detriment.

Everything. I wasn't expecting much from a stay in a 2* hotel but I was proven completely wrong! A well situated, very cozy and welcoming hotel, with a fabulous small yard flooded with flowers. Staff is very friendly and accomodating too - something I'd grown not to expect in Paris (wasn't my first trip there). I guess it's a good thing when the only drawback was absence of a shower curtain in the bathroom. After one of us took shower, there were droplets of water everywhere on the floor. And there's no avoiding it. Hotel staff, please, put on a curtain!

It was in a very good location, not far from a Metro station but very peaceful. The family room was quite spacious and the facilities were good. We had a bit of a problem whilst using their internet facility and they were very helpful in trying to sort out the problem. The breakfast was very good. All the staff were very friendly and our 6 & 8 year old girls both agree they should have 5 stars not just two. The 'double' bed in the family room was actually two singles pushed together and made up as singles.

Nicely decorated room with antique furniture. The room was very quiet for being in the middle of the city. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was helpful. There was a smell of unpleasant air freshener in the entire hotel including the rooms. They put an automated freshener in the room, which we had to place on the balcony as we could not stand it. We had to wait a couple of time to be able to sit down for breakfast, as the breakfast area is rather small. It was nice though, that once the staff offered to call our room when a table becomes available. The carpet in the hallway needs to be changed, as it is rather old and looks very dirty and run-down.

Very nice breakfast. Nice cleaning with simling service. Good location with accepted price. Sheets are too big and uncomfortable. The room cleaner comes in my room with their keys without any asking or knocking the door, which makes me really embrassed when I was half naked using my iPad on bed.

I read here somewhere that if you are planning a trip to Paris and you are lucky enough to find a room vacant here, make the reservation. I agree!!! It is a lovely place, in an excelent location, and for a very interesting price. Beautiful decoration (the art pieces go perfectly with the furniture, creating an incredible safari-like ambiance). The breakfast is tipically parisian, with a large variety of food (including fresh fruit) and very well presented. The cherry in top of the cake is the charming garden, were you can rest for a while, plan your day or read a good book. Can't wait to go back there. I think it is the first time I'm eager to repeat an hotel :) The lift is ridiculously small (and even that is quite charming - except if you are carrying big and heavy luggage); the breakfast could use some ham, bacon or sausage (but doctors always say that we should eat less meat, so...), and the bathroom door in our room was a bit damaged (personaly, it didn´t bothered me a bit).

This is the third time I have spent at Nicolo for a period of 10 days. It is a boutique hotel with the best breakfast cuisine. The hotel is absolutely fabulous, the staff very helpful the docor is beautiful and full of charm. The best hotel I have stayed at in Europe, and will return time and time again. This two star hotel is equal to any 4 star. I cannot rate it highly enough. The bedroom I stayed in was beautiful, great bed and beautiful furnishings throughout the hotel. It is like visiting a gracious home, it is kept spotlessly clean each day by excellent cleaning staff.
