This hotel is minutes away from the Eiffel Tower yet positioned in quiet courtyard with pretty gardens. Seconds away from excellent shopping area of Passy. Perfect for city break or anniversary etc. The hotel is small but very clean, with breakfast served until 10am. We had fresh breads, cheeses, yogurts, fruits, pastries, crossaints and teas and juice every morning included in the nightly cost. Excellent value for money, great location. If you are lucky enough to see a room available here for your Paris city break, then book it quick, it's perfect.

This is a really nice hotel to stay, I can say this from my personal experience. The location is great, 5 mins from Eiffel and lots of other sights, tourist offices, restaurants, good safe neighbourhood, excellent underground parking right next to hotel (they book a space for you in advance if requested, €28/day but worth it because its safe&private). Our room and bathroom were really spotless, everything as it should be. Decoration is tasteful, nice old french design, good feel to it, lovely antique furnitures. Walls are thick, slept like a baby every night, curtains doesnt let any light sneak in, lovely courtyard with patio area outside. Breakfast can be ordered into your room or can have it in breakfast room downstairs, no charge and included in fee anyway.(nice pastries, fresh fruits, cheese, tea, jams whatever you want) Its not a posh 5 star giant like Marriotts and alike but you feel its a special place. Will definitely go back to this hotel, not many around this quality and value for money. Thank you

A small little hotel that gives you a feeling of staying in someone's home. The room have an "old" style, and very different from all other modern hotels. Location a short 5 min walk from subway-system, that takes you whereever you want to go. Close to Eiffel Tower. You can order breakfast to your room for no additional cost. Helpful staff. WiFi for €3 for whole stay. No minibar Have to pay for WiFi. Location could been better, but it is ok for the price.

The hotel was wonderful. I loved the courtyard - full of flowers - it was fabulous. The decorations at the hotel were great. Whoever decorated it was really good at it. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was great. The room was spacious by European standards. I loved staying there. I would definitely go again and have recommended it to friends. The only down side was the location for tourists like me who really like to walk everywhere as it is a bit far from many attractions and I would need to take the metro to some places - and it wasn't that close by. We took the metro and train to and from the airport. It wasn't much fun shlepping suitcases in the metro and along the street. A taxi would have been about 65 euros which is a fair amount. Still, I want to return as the hotel is great - next time, I'll travel very lightly!

The interior courtyard was amazingly beautiful and relaxing, a true oasis. The front desk staff was very welcoming, kind and helpful. We were able to check in right away, we loved our unique, spacious and comfortable room. We were also able to store our bags after we checked out until we left. The breakfast was abundant, very french and delicious. Our stay at this hotel was one of the best things about our trip to Paris.

Room was fantastic very clean and well furnished. Large Flatscreen tv with lots of channels including hd ones. Bathroom was lovely and shower very good. Breakfast was delicious and filled you up for the day great selection of fruit, pastries, baguettes, cheese, cereals, yogurt and much more. Staff were really friendly and there was no problem leaving our bags with the hotel pre and post checking in so we could enjoy our stay even more. Really good quality for a 2 star hotel. In our eyes though it definitely exceeds this and more. Location is ideal 10 min walk to Eiffel tower and 5 to local metro. Very quiet area and lots of really nice shops and a supermarket on the doorstep. Outdoor area (garden) of hotel was beautiful lovely area to chill and relax. You can even have breakfast outside on a really nice morning. Hallways were very nicely decorated with lots of really nice sculptures and paintings. We would definitely stay here on future trips to Paris. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The location was perfect - close to the Eiffel tower. Facilities were fine (and clean), Staff were polite and very helpful and breakfast included was also great. Very good value for money. Room/ toilet was a bit small- but then again this is Paris. No shower curtain for some reason. No cable TV -only 12 local channels. BBC news was the only English channel. These issues can be easily overlooked, and we really dint have a problem with them.

Very nice breakfast. Nice cleaning with simling service. Good location with accepted price. Sheets are too big and uncomfortable. The room cleaner comes in my room with their keys without any asking or knocking the door, which makes me really embrassed when I was half naked using my iPad on bed.

The staff were very warm and helpful. They allowed us to check in at 9 a.m. Room decoration was stylish and elegant. The location was nearby Passy station (5 minutes' walk), quite convenient to all site seeing spots. Breakfast was fine except that no meat was provided. Wifi was cheap (3 eur for whole stay) but the signal was a bit weak.

Like most of visitors who stayed here, I can say that this is probably the best 2** hotel I have stayed at. Very French, very " je ne sais quoi ", lots of nice touches. Room design, cleanliness, attention to detail, fantastic breakfast. Not to mention location - walking distance to Eiffel tower, Roland Garros and lots of caffes and restaurants and shops. Loved it.

the rooms were very well furnished, every little detail was taken care of. the breakfast was very good as well. the location was ok, 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. they staff were quite friendly (although one staff member was not as cordial as the others) but overall the experience was excellant, i'd defintely come back to this hotel. the lift is too small.

We had a dripping sink that was taken care of really quick. Breakfast is excellent! There isn't any Wi-Fi for free. it's is for 3 euros that you have to pay exra. The stair case is very steep and the elevator can hardly accommodate 2 person, not to even mantion a suitcase. In the shawer there isn't any curtain so no matter how hard you try, you won't be able not to spread the water
