Since you arrive every single member of the Staff make fell you not as a guest if not as part of the great family of Nicolo. You feel like if you really live in Paris. Lovely garden at the enter, excellent buffet for breakfast. The best attention of all personnel. We really want to come back yet.

Excellent english speaking stuff. Perfect location. A bit walking from the metro station (5 min). In general - would defenitely come back to this hotel.

Lovely helpful staff. Excellent breakfast included in the price. Clean room, quiet, comfortable bed. Location good - near Eiffel Tower and close to a metro station to get to other places in Paris.

It would have been nice to have a bath (as well as a shower) in the room.

The staff were very friendly and recommended restaurants and museums,I liked the decor of the hotel and the breakfast was both delicious and plentiful.

This was a great choice. A quite small hotel that has very comfortable rooms, off a courtyard must be Fab in the summer. Room was not worn, fresh and a nice modern bath. Off the Passy Metro , full of neat places to eat in the area. Will stay there again, I rate it a solid 8.

Charging for internet and an expensive breakfast. No parking in the area, but easy 5 min to the Metro.

Breakfast was really good! Wide selection of different types of french- style cusine. Friendly staff, who always greet you with a smile, very helpful with do's and dont's and great directions. 5 min walk from Eiffel Tower, 2 min to 'Passy' metro station (from where you can go anywhere around the city...better way of getting to arc de triomphe, nottra dame, airports...etc), close to super-market shop called Inno. Great location, away from touristy areas and close to nice resturants and cafes. Great all-round. Top Marks!

1 bad point - Room I booked for me and my girlfriend had two single beds pushed together, instead of a big bed. But good points far out-weigh the bad ones. Highly Recommended!

Very good location close to Trocadero. Superb garden and nice decorated room. Loved the orchids and the vanilla smell.

Walls a bit thin so if someone on the floor gets up very early you clearly hear them.

Silent rooms. Breakfast very nice. 8 min from Metro Passy and 15 min from Eiffel Tower and RER.

Rooms are small but efficient. Actually all was small, even the car Park.

lift is small but you expect that in suburban private run hotel in Paris hot water was a little to cool for shaving (this varies) bit of a walk from the metro La Muette (not a problem for me)

Kind staff, pretty place, you feel more like home than in a hotel.

Location. Only ten minute walk to Eifel tower and five minute walk to Passy metro. Breakfast was great and filled you up. It included fresh banquettes, croissants and fruit. Hotel staff was knowledgeable and courteous.

Only thing I did not like was the lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom. Every time I showered, water splashed all over the floor no matter how careful I was.

Excellent location. Love Paris, but don't love crowds and noise. As you walk into the courtyard, the sounds of the city fade away. Staff is incredible. Went way out of their way to make sure I had everything. Breakfast - amazing! Whole fresh fruit, peeled cut fresh fruit, juices, pastries, croissants, fresh bread, yogurt, boiled eggs - everything fresh and served with a smile. The staff was very helpful in helping my plan my days and advising me on traveling around the city. My room was charming, decorated nicely and the Louis XVI chair and antique desk really made me feeI I was in Paris! I felt very safe there. Loved Nicolo will be my hotel of choice in Paris from now on. Passy is the area I like best for hotels. Easy to access the Metro.

Hall carpets could use a good steam clean. Everything else was spotless, perhaps they're clean, but need to be replaced. Mattress was very hard, but I slept well. French restaurants require a walk.

The location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved coming home to the Nicolo after a busy day sightseeing. Breakfast is wonderful French fare.

This was our honeymoon as a mature couple, and it couldn't have been better; the Hotel was lovely including a bath which was a real bonus and the beautiful courtyard garden.The staff were really friendly and helpful and location excellent. We also had great weather which was the icing on the cake, great holiday.

Charming Parisienne boutique hotel in great location. Breakfast was amazing, lots of fresh fruit, fresh bread and served in a nice setting. Staff always willing to help, especially Joseph, who went out of his way to give suggestions and arranged transportation to the airport for our return trip. He even put out breakfast at 5AM the day of our departure, so we wouldn't leave hungry! Location was 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Rooms were clean and a great place for a romantic get away.

My room was local to the small lift and whilst the occasional humming noise did not concern me it might others. Lift is very tiny and set in between floors and thus would not suit some disabled travellers The electrics are disabled when you leave the room which means you cannot leave anything on charge whilst you are out.

Fabulous breakfast! The best from out of all our travels. Delightful decor, helpful staff.

We were new to Paris and felt a little distant from everywhere, but then we had visited many smaller and easier to navigate places. Having said that the Passy area alone was a lovely precinct.

The room was beautiful, the courtyard was very romantic and thestaff were great especially MARK. The breakfast was very good. Only at ten minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.
