The hotel was great for our needs--an overnight stay near the Maginot Line and Niedersteinbach. It was clean and comfortable; the staff was friendly. Breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice.

Breakfast was excellent, as was the attention we received from the breakfast staff. The hotel was proud to offer clients a selection of organic food and there was the choice of bacon and eggs, as well as a range of meats, breads and cheeses etc. The resort was very pretty and parking was plentiful. For us this was a one night stop-over but we are considering returning to this hotel/resort for a longer stay...

Bel établissement avec un accueil très professionnel. Chambre supérieure spacieuse et bien insonorisée. Petit déjeuner irréprochable. Le cadre de l'hôtel n'est pas exceptionnel mais Niederbronn est au pied des Vosges du Nord et proche de Strasbourg (45 km) et de la route des vins d'Alsace.

Très bon accueil. Dommage que pour le même prix, toutes les chambres n'offrent pas les mêmes prestations (dimension, balcon).Buffet du petit déjeuner très riche et excellent.

Qualité des relations avec le personnel et amabilité. chambre confortable, silencieuse avec sentiment de sécurité (double porte). Grand escalier en pierre d'accès pour "grimper" jusqu'à l'entrée avec des bagages ; glissant par temps de pluie.

Hotel agréable, propre et calme dans l'ensemble hormis l'église d'en face. Les chambres à l'opposé de l'église ne sont pas génées par le son des cloches. Très bonne situation à deux pas de nombreux restaurants, casino et promenade en foret.

In de buurt van Hagenau is dit een goed alternatief. Rustig gelegen en het eten in het gelieerde casino is goed (keuze beperkt) maar ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, zwar nicht ganz billig, aber gute Auswahl. Besonders gut ist das Bio Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind hell, geräumig und haben fast alle einen kleinen Balkon, was sehr zu begrüssen ist. Leider haben einige Zimmer an den Wänden und an der Decke des Bades, kleine "Blessuren". Über der Balkontür war der Putz und die Tapete weggebröckelt. Im Bad waren einige Deckenplatten mit brauen Flecken versehen und eine Platte war ganz lose. Dafür ist das Bad aber geräumig. Die Lage des Hotels ist prima, nur wenige Gehminuten von guten Restaurants und dem Stadtkern entfernt.

Situation au centre-ville avec parking privé. Gentillesse du personnel. Petit-déjeuner buffet bien achalandé. Propreté et bon état de l'Etablissement. Tout le monde n'aimera pas les sonneries des cloches des églises avoisinantes. Personnellement j'étais prévnue et cela ne m'a pas gênée.

Die Lage des Hotels im Nord-Elsaß ist sehr gut. Von dort aus ist man schnell in Straßburg oder eben im näheren Umfeld. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gaben gute Tipps für Unternehmungen (Essen, Bäcker etc.) in der Nähe.
