The price was outrageous for the quality of the room. It is a rundown hotel. The town is pretty, but you have to walk to a casino to eat. The matress in the room was really hard like sleeping on a brick. Unless you are there to gamble the night away, not a good place to stay.

Location is next to the small city center and there is plenty of private parking at the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We received a complimentary drink in the bar. Rooms are convenient and the bed sleeps fine (we had a double bed which is much more better than 2 twins that you often get in other hotels). We have been here before and we will return, we are very satisfied. A minor detail is that the elevator is really small (fitted for just 2 persons), for us no problem but in high season it might require some waiting time. Also our superior room was supposed to have a balcony, but there was none.

Breakfast was excellent, as was the attention we received from the breakfast staff. The hotel was proud to offer clients a selection of organic food and there was the choice of bacon and eggs, as well as a range of meats, breads and cheeses etc. The resort was very pretty and parking was plentiful. For us this was a one night stop-over but we are considering returning to this hotel/resort for a longer stay...

Rent og velholdt trivelig hotell. Personalet er hyggelig og snakker bra engelsk. Grei frokost til frankrike å være med diverse brød, pålegg, eggerøre, bacon m.m.

L'acceuil du personnel est trés agréable autant a l'acceuil de l'etablissement que la personne qui nous a acceuillie au petit dejeuner. L'espace de la chambre est bien agencer de la place pour pouvoir circuler dans la chambre, des placards assez spacieux. La salle de bain propre comme tous le reste de la chambre. Le room service est pratique si il nous faut quelque chose c'est bien penser. Le rapport qualite prix est tout a fait respecter !!! Le seul soucis est que les femmes de chambre peuvent entre comme un rien, meme avec le verrou de notre coter une des femmes de chambre a ouvert alors que nous etions dans la chambre c'est le seul reproche que je puisse faire.

Nous avons apprecié le grand parking gratuit au pied de l'hôtel, l'accueil professionnel et sympathique, la chambre propre , le lit confortable, avec tv ecran plat, la salle de bain spacieuse et bien équipée, le calme de l'hôtel et un super buffet de petit déjeuner pris dans une grande salle agréable, vue sur la nature et le village de Niederbronn.Séjour parfait.à recommander.

In de buurt van Hagenau is dit een goed alternatief. Rustig gelegen en het eten in het gelieerde casino is goed (keuze beperkt) maar ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
