slightly strange location

The hotel sets a new negative record in the poor quality of French hotels. No bidet in the bathroom, no bedside tables, bed sheets and pillows had clearly undergone no cleaning in the last month (we even saw black footprints on them), and the general aspect of walls and doors was dirty. In Italy or Spain this hotel would simply not have the permission to stay open.

I liked the fact that there was a bus stop right outside the hotel. It was very reliable and very punctual and took us straight to the town centre. The hotel was too far out of town to walk so buses were essential.

The bar staff were thin on the ground and they were too busy serving the restaurant customers to serve you at the bar, Because of this we only managed to get a drink at the bar in the evening twice during our 6 night stay. We either could not get served, or we placed an order but after waiting 45 mins for the drinks we gave up, Very disappointing.!!Also, the reception staff knowledge of local transport was very limited.I would have expected them to be more knowledgable.

the room was very very very old and dated. There was very little room to move around. The bed and bedding could do with a lot of updating. I think there is a new wing to this hotel and maybe the rooms in that wing are better but I would not risk staying at the hotel in case you get a room in the old wing.

La restauration est un ton en dessous de la partie hôtel: service trop rapide, un peu mécanique à mon goût ,moins humain et moins accueillant

Le restaurant. La propreté de la chambre, la reactivité et l'amabilité du personnel.

L'aspect exentré, zone commerciale,nationnale,et grosse enseignes de la consomation de masse à proximité, pas de vie de quartier donc pas d'autre restaurant que celui de l'hotel.

Facilmente raggiungibile con auto, parcheggio gratuito, qualche persona dello reception che parla in italiano, ottima connessione wi-fi gratuita, vicino a Centro Commerciale

Lontananza dal centro (3-4 Km), camera piccole e non pulitissima

Le calme de l'hôtel situé hors des zones de bruit de la ville tout en étant trés proche du centre et d'une grande zone commerciale.

Couloirs trop longs au RDC pour lesclients chargés en bagages

estuvimos en el hotel solo una noche y realmente por el mismo precio podríamos reservar un hotel en el centro de Nimes pero viendo que es del sistema Best Western preferimos reservar Nimotel en los alrededores. El personal muy agradable y atento . En seguida atiende las reclamaciones de los huespedes. Hay acceso a internet gratis.

Las habitaciones estandart son muy malas, viejas y el aire condicionado en una de ellas hacía un ruido tremendo. Están en el segundo edificio conectado con el principal por un pasillo, ahí está la segunda recepción. Las fotos de las habitaciones no corresponden con las que véis en el booking haciendo la reserva . En las fotos salen las renovadas ( más caras). Se lo hemos dicho a la chica en la recepción, lo miró en internet y en seguida nos cambio las habitaciones. En la planta baja del edificio principal son un poco mejores. En la segunda planta te sientes como si estuvieras en otro hotel : habitaciones agradables, renovadas y limpias.

Bon accueil, service impeccable, rapport qualité/prix génial, bon repas du soir avec table sur la terrasse en face de la piscine réservée à notre attention (très gentil). Bon petit déj copieux. Mon fils de 13 ans a été subjugué par la beauté de la décoration de la chambre et par la gentillesse du barman... Nous y retournerons...
