The restaurant is excellent being situated in a glass extension and the breakfast room is well designed and modern in design. The food was of a very good standard. The main rooms and corridors are tired and need upgrading. The carpets have been replaced since we were here a year ago but the walls and lighting are drab in colour and depressing compared to the modern bright facilities of the breakfast room and bar.

We stayed at the hotel on the way back from holiday in southern France. It is a decent standard hotel and did the job perfectly well, although we found one of the receptionists rather reluctant. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the centre of Niort and a number of pavement restaurants - a nice town.

It was ideally sistuated to the town centre.. Staff were helpful and being able to speak English was most useful. We used the hotel as our centre for a weeks cycling in the Niort area with the Semaine Federale, and a secure place was provided for our cycles .

Easy access, comfortable room with Tea / Coffee, well equiped bathroom. Bar staff and waiter very helpful Limited English of the receptionist on our arrival did not fill you full of confidence, we have stopped in many small hotels with better reception staff although it may be wrong to label them all the same, just expected more from this chain.

Chambre sans charme mais propre, calme et comfortable. Personnel a l accueil de notre séjour très désagréable , ne trouvait pas ma réservation malgré le numéro que je voulais lui donner ( et qui il n a jamais pris), mettait en doute mes propos , est allé même jusqu a dire que son hôtel ne travaillait pas avec booking.... Voulait me faire payer une autre réservation ,faisait des commentaires inutiles et maladroits sur tout bref absolument indigne d un 4 étoiles... Et pour finir internet ne fonctionnait pas....

Le design Le même plat du "jour", deux jours de suite ... ce qui implique de manger deux soirs de suite le même plat en sachant qu'un des deux n'était plus en rayon !!!! aucune proposition faite pour pallier à cette erreur du cuisinier. Vraiment pas digne de ce mercure ! Il est donc préférable d'aller à l'extérieur, d'autant que le personnel restaurant ne brille pas par son sourire ! Le petit dej en chambre hors de prix et surtout bas de gamme !

Vriendelijk onthaal. Aanwezigheid van openluctzwembad en ruim terras om bij goed weer gezellig buiten te eten. Beperkte toiletruimte in verhouding tot de kamer.

J'ai apprécié en tant que cycliste la possibilité de loger nos vélos en sécurité dans l'hôtel, dès notre arrivée nous avons pu les mettre et pourtant aucun garage, nous avons eu proposé un coin salon! nous étions 12 cyclistes pour la semaine fédérale qui se déroulait à Niort et nous sommes enchantés d'avoir pu naviguer sans contrainte à cause d'eux, merci au personnel ,"jpatissout"

Séjour satisfaisant, chambre propre et lit confortable.Petit dej copieux.Sauna accessible facilement.Personnel disponible et accueillant. Insonorisation des chambres insuffisante.Une famille de touriste avec enfants était dans la chambre d'a coté.A 8H du matin, on a été réveillé par le bruit fait par cette famille.On pensait que c'était leur télé en fait non c'était qu'ils parlaient fort parent et enfant. L’accès au chambre du rdc n'est pas très simple, il faut monté au 1er puis redescendre deux escaliers. On avait pris un petit dej en chambre, deux heures après, le personnel rentre dans la chambre sans attendre notre réponse.
