Bathroom sink was built in a way that kids could not reach it.

Location was good for train station access and next to a shopping centre.Staff were nice and efficient.

The pond outside was run down and dirty although I think it is not the hotels responsibility.

Hotel is very close to the RER station and the shopping mall. Travel to and from Paris is very easy. Family room was spacious.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the rooms.

expensive breakfast, hotel looks modern from the outside but is oldfashioned, outdated and worn out on the inside. Small bathroom and extremely small toilet. I could not close the toiletdoor when I was in the toilet.

The location is perfect for seeing Paris and Disneyland Paris. Close to the metro and next to a beautiful shopping mall. The nice staff speaks English. The windows do open, which is good because it is warm in the room. Clean towels every day and refill of tea and coffee, that you can make yourself in the room with the clean kettle.

Easy to find. Convenient. You can choose to take train. Restaurant inside, and mall nearby. Safe. Closed car parking, no need for reservation. Excellent breakfast.

Wi fi awful Couldn't control the heat - far too hot. Staff VERY unhelpful.

Hotel room is clean and spacious.

The receptionist was not friendy at all. He got mad when I asked the security the location the parking garage. When we booked rooms we have requested two rooms next to each other but thye gave us two room in two different floor.

The hotel is excellent - this is the third time I have stayed there. My only quibble is that often there is no-one to serve in the bar. On occasion, I have given up waiting and instead gone to a local bar. Apart from that, I have no complaints and I am planning another visit in a few months.

The hotel was easy to reach with the car (the airport is around 27 km away, the highway entrance about 600 m), the train station is nearby, accessible via the shopping center. In about 20 minutes via the train (rer a) you are in the center of Paris. You can also go via the train near to Disneyland.

The bad thing is, that the hotel restaurant is closed during the weekend, some food is available at the hotel bar or in the shopping center on Friday and Saturday. It was not possible to open any window in the room (but the air condition was very good)

The loction is very good the hotel is insaid the mall and there is train station is insaid the mall you can get a train to disenyland and within 15 minut you will reach to disenyland and if you want to go to parise you can be reach within 20 minut

The Location was great, easy to access in and out, The size of the room was great, the room was very comfortably decorated. the beds were very comfortable

The main door of the room was a bit damaged, The windows was not well isolated that I felt the street and the people in the street were in my room, The noise in the early morning arroung 6:00 a.m. woke me up. There was no iron in the room. I would guess that this was the only room, and if recommended to others, that they should require changing the room.

The room was clean, plenty of clean towels, of good design, close to a very nice indoor shopping area which is not obvious. Has ample parking. A very good breakfast

The hotel is clean and staff are helpful

We booked for 2 family rooms but on checking we were told that family rooms are not available. Paying extra for the car park, although, it was specified during the booking. The morning of our departure in the middle of having a bathe the hot water turned cold.
