close to train station, centrally located, 10 min walk to beach, good shower, looks run down, not a place to stay if you trying to impress or on a romantic weekend .... its a simple hotel good for putting your bags down hitting the town and beaches .... |

I liked that the staff remembered me from last year and were looking forward to next year's visit! The internet was bone-grindingly slow, but the internet's not everything, and they're aware of it's awfulness and may have all new routers soon. |

Two things we like about this hotel: the location and friendly staffs. It's very close to the main train station and walking distance to the beach. The hotel is doing a renovation and the sounds woke us up at 9-10AM. We had bugs and mosquitos in our room, and we got some mosquitos bite. The room and bathroom had a funny smell. |

Location- within walking distance of the train station and restaurants. Staff kept room clean as possible, it appears. Run down, tired and gloomy. Room smelled of old smoke. |

The staff is helpful. It is well located, easy to get to the train and tram and airport and it's comfortable, a great bathroom, and quiet room. It's a great find for the value conscious traveler. |

It is conveneintly located -- very close to the train station. The hotel needs a renovation, I believe. The hotel floor smelled because the air from the kitchen goes up the staircase. |

The room was large enough to accommodate 3 people and it was air conditioned. The beds were comfy. I did not particularly like the breakfast and the way it was served. I did not think it was good value. The bedside lights were not working but this was dealt with the following morning. |

The staff was nice and helpful if you needed something Although there was good air-conditioning and TV a fridge in the rooms would have been a good addition. The cleanliness of the rooms was only just about tolerable (especially the blueys and the carpets were filthy or in bad condition - towels and linens, on the other hand, were ok). |

Close to the central railway station. The hotel does not have a fridge, kitchen and its rooms are not the cleanest I have ever seen. Also it needs a good renovation because it looks sooo old. |

Location probably the best thing this hotel could offer but still it's not that good neighbourhood well it's the first hotel in my life collect money 2 euro for leaving baggage. the room is quite dirty on carpet and there's dust on bed light. With this price and the room and not include breakfast well really disappointed. they turned off the light on hallway so i couldn't see door slot there's a switch but it's too dark to see anyway. |

A simple, no-flair hotel, but adequate. During the high season in Nice one can't expect too much unless he pays more than 150 Euros or more per night. |
