For those where value is high criteria this place really fills the bill. It was what I was looking for and was most satisfactory. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and eager to help. He was also very informative.

Fairly seedy part of town.

Traditional nineteenth century French building, pleasant views over street and surprisingly quiet considering proximity to sncf station and main street (Rue Jean Medecin). Some reasonable reataurants in immediate vicinity and small supermarkets. About twenty minutes walk to beach off Promenade des Anglais -don't believe otherwise. Staff pleasant and friendly - rooms clean and bathroom better appointed than many in same hotel category.

Breakfast not good value at 7 Euros - for that I would expect proper fresh baguettes not the single croissant + hard roll provided. Filter coffee (ok) or hot chocolate offered - not tea. Check out at 1030-1100 though they will look after bags in a consigneif you have to leave Nice later.

the location was great for peoplo who wanna travel around cote d'azure by bus/train, the location was good! 10 mins walk will arrive train station!

very close to train station and main shopping street, easy access to public transportation, very quiet room as requested incl. air condition

It' is close to the beach. 10 minutes by walk. Very recommended for a few days!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location - 2 minutes walk to the train station, 15-20 minutes walk to the old town. Very good value for money, especially as Nice can be a very expensive place to stay.

Our triple room smelt of stale cigarette smoke for the whole of our 3 night stay. An error with our booking meant that 5 of our party had to stay at a (terrible) nearby hotel for the first night. However, the hotel only charged us for 2 nights as an apology. The hotel was very good for the price.

Price good. Receptioin Staff very pleasant and hellpful. Convenience - especially to main train station. Serves its function without any frills.

Room very smal. Bathroom very small. In need of re-decoration. Breakfast very limited. Would recommend only for 1/2 nights - in transit to somewhere else - as accommodation is fairly basic and practical.

It was cheap

There was lot of on the street at night. We ware only tree but we must pay citytaxes for 4 persons.

Ideal location just minutes walk to the train station or the main street. Helpful staff.

Had some noisy neighbours-not much in the way of soundproofing

Bon rapport qualité prix. Bonne situation géographique pour mes activités à Nice.

L'odeur de fumée dans les chambres.

2 lits de 90 pour une chambre single n'a aucun interet selon moi et un seul lit d 140 serait plus approprie sans qu'il n'obere les interets de l'hotelier.

La ubicación. Aunque las habitaciones eran simples, eran los suficientemente cómodas. Tv satélite.

Se escuchan los ruidos del pasillo y otras habitaciones de vez en cuando.
