Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location - 2 minutes walk to the train station, 15-20 minutes walk to the old town. Very good value for money, especially as Nice can be a very expensive place to stay.

Our triple room smelt of stale cigarette smoke for the whole of our 3 night stay. An error with our booking meant that 5 of our party had to stay at a (terrible) nearby hotel for the first night. However, the hotel only charged us for 2 nights as an apology. The hotel was very good for the price.

There is unaccurate information about a breakfast being included in the price (while making the seclection you get this piece of innformation) which is not true. Please change all the rest- perfect

It was inexpensive

The age of the hotel, furniture, bedding, etc is really showing its age. This is not the place to stay if you are traveling as a couple of family unless budget is key. You get what you pay for.

Good location: 2-3 minutes from railway station, lots of fast food and restaurants around. Free wifi in room. Renewed bathroom.

Everyone should be really careful before choosing this hotel. We passed an awful, horrible experience. In the second morning, we found a bed bug full of blood on the drap. I was so scared and told my husband, we looked around. Unbelievable, we found like 7-8 other bed bugs in a 3 star hotel. We called their staff, they changed the room. But we weren't sure the new one is free of bed bugs. The 3rd day, they didn't change our draps. We're afraid of taking those bed bugs to my house. :(( horrible. The cleanness of the hotel is quite poor. Although the bathroom is new, the carpet is old, I guess the beds and blankets are the same. We booked a double room, we have a 3 single beds. The second room we moved to, there are 4 single beds. We had to ask the staff 4 times to take 1 bed away, cause it takes too much place in the room.

New & clean bathroom is very good.And a lot of chinese restranti & supermarket around.

Sound-proof is not enough.

This is really good hotel, especially for the location. Near the beach, place for festivals, near the station and tramway (do not use the buses, so do not have comment about this vehicule). The room is ok, large enough and noise-proof. Just 5-minute walk to Quick, KFC, Mc Donald and 10-minute walk to shopping center. I am quite satisfied with this hotel :))

Need more electric sockets.

Triple room from 30/07/2011 to 07/08/2011. Having read negative comments of other travellers I was a bit upset because we had already booked a room and couldn't change it. So I wasn't really expecting high quality and good service. How surprised I was when we checked in and spent 8 awesome days at the hotel! Really polite personnel, clean and comfortable rooms, nice location. Honestly, it was really good.

Sometimes you can hear other people speaking in the hall or next room.

very close to train station and main shopping street, easy access to public transportation, very quiet room as requested incl. air condition

Price good. Receptioin Staff very pleasant and hellpful. Convenience - especially to main train station. Serves its function without any frills.

Room very smal. Bathroom very small. In need of re-decoration. Breakfast very limited. Would recommend only for 1/2 nights - in transit to somewhere else - as accommodation is fairly basic and practical.
