没有热水壶，想给孩子喝些热水办不到。

离火车站很近，很方便，价格也好。环境整洁舒适，是我整个旅途中定的最便宜的一家旅店，

I checked in late at night arount 23:30 and checked out the next day around 7 in the morning, practically I just slept and left. The young lady at the reception gave me room number 602 which smelled really bad, I opened the window for half an hour but the it still smelled bad, there was also a very disturbing noise (water pumping) coming from the toilet exactly every 30 secs, that made me struggle to sleep for one and half hour. I complained at the reception and asked to change the room, the guy at the reception gave me a quite and nicer room in the 4th floor.

Location was good for visiting around the area. However you have to really walk to get to places

room did not have air conditioner at all. I asked the front desk employee to come see it maybe I didn't know how to turn it on. VHF did cone upstairs but he couldn't do anything about it. He told me that the hotel was booked. He did not try to do anything. The next day it was him again at the front desk and told me the same thing. This guy represents this hotel the worst He has no knowledge of customer service what so ever. The hotel is very old, the sheets are old. It should not have any stars.

The rooms were very tired and whilst my room was ok my colleague's wasn't very clean.

The guy from reception said that he doesn’t care what I write so I will be very honest. Stuff not helpful – and arrogant, with poor “I-don’t- care” attitude. The rooms are extremely dirty. Toilet (wc with…) not cleaned after previous guest. Disgusting! There were worms in the bad. Walls are paper thin. Cheap hotel doesn’t mean dirty…how long you do not have to clean to have insects?? ps. the area is rather dangerous

Easy to find, staff excellent, just a short walk form the railway station.

It's a long way to find parking. Beware of Parking Notre Dame. I took a ticket when parking and upon return, inserted into the machine, expecting to pay around 13euros. The machine grabbed my ticket and then told me that my ticket was lost and I must pay the "lost ticket" price of 35euros. There was no staff around and the machine had swallowed the only proof I had that the ticket was never lost. Either the machine is broken or the owners are thieves.

We were need 3 seperate beds. Normandie have got its. Exellent location near the walking street and Gare ( railway station).

most everything terrible location, seedy part of town, really grubby room, and no local parking be prepared to walk blocks. The low price was not low enough for the standard of the hotel. Only stayed 1 night, and only because it was late in the day and we were tired

It is not like a 3star hotel. I would rate it as an histel and do not recommed!

Close to railway and Avenue Jean Médecin, just 10 minutes walk to the beach. A lot of restaurants near by.

Small rooms. Air cond out of work for at least 2 days.
