Normandy Hotel

Vi fik en rigtig god modtagelse - og dejligt værelse - vi var sammen med et andet hold fra DK og vi mødte andre gæster som var så meget utilfredse med opholdet - så dem ser Normandy Hotel aldrig igen.Vi så de værelser som de blev præsenteret for - det var virkelig under al kritrik.Gæsterne måtte flytte værelser flere gange (op til 5 gange) og et hold havde intet valg udover at finde et andet hotel

Hotellet er 4 stjernet - det er umuligt at få øje på.Vi oplevede at blive lovet morgenmad inden vi skulle køre til DK (som vi jo allerede havde betalt), men da vi nåede til den sidste aften fik vi den besked at det ikke kunne lade sig gøre - det endte godt for en venlig portier gav os noget med på turen. For os en perfekt afslutning på opholdet. Han afleverede det ind af vinduet på bilen da vi kør

It is near the metro and sits in the center of the city. Helpful concierge in booking resturant in the last minute.

Broken hot water supply. Very bad quality bed. Reluctant reception staff when the problem occured

Hotel staff is very kind and the room is comfortable. the location of the hotel is Amazing just one step from the Louvre.

Nice location

I booked the standard double room and I got a very small room with a twin size bed, there's no way this room will fit 2 people. No AC !, poor ventilation in the bathroom. The room and bathroom were not very clean. The hotel needs major renovation. Spend a little bit more and get yourself a room in a nicer hotel.

The staff knew that we were unhappy with the hotel, given the 4-star rating. They tried to accommodate as much as possible.

The hotel is rated as a 4-Star, which is rediculous. In my opinion it deserves 1-2 stars at most.

I know this hotel well - it is always friendly, always comfortable and efficient and perfectly located to see Paris on foot

rooms are getting very shabby bathroom in need of total refurbishment,shower usless and tiles falling off the wall.

just near the most important atractions in paris :the louvre,the orsay,the concorde and the champs elysee,the opera,the tueliries gardens.the staff is nice most of them speak english and the breakfast is better than many other hotels in paris.

Lovely French character room with a decent bathroom. Staff helpful.

We stayed in winter and the air con was so hot and we weren't able to adjust it. The big king size bed was actually just 2 twin beds pushed together and with separate bedding and sheets....don't mind the beds together but would have been nice to have shared sheets and covers.
