Meget imødekommende personale, da vi pga. gadestøj havde behov for andet værelse. Vi fik et bedre værelse til samme fornuftige (sæson-)pris. Charmerende gammelt luksushotel, - med enkelte behov for standard-forbedringer som fx støjisolerende vinduer. |

Hotel Normandy er et 4-stjernet hotel, som ikke kan leve op til de 4 stjerner. Der er mange ansatte på hotellet, men det virker ikke, som om de helt ved, hvad de skal lave. Værelset viste tydelige tegn på, at hotellet er ved at forfalde. Fliser var faldet af badevkarret, toilettet kunne ikke trække ud, og døren til badeværelset kunne ikke lukkes. Selv om jeg i bestillingen på engelsk havde gjort opmærksom på, at der skulle være 2 enkeltsenge, var der alligevel redt op til en dobbeltseng på værelset. En ny opredning til 2 enkeltsenge skete dog hurtigt. |

We liked the architecture of the building but hotel is run down (plaster falling off , holes under the bath ...) On arrival at 8 pm there was a serious quarrel between two concierge about the keys , I found it unacceptable welcome for the guests. |

The location was excellent!! I would stay here again as it was so close to the louve and one of the best areas in Paris.... Its dated - the furniture needs replacing and it could do with decorating throughout. My dad stayed at the same time as us and his room was dropping to bits!! |

The location is good, but else nothing about the hotel can be recommended. poor staff, and the rooms are of poor quality as well. I would never stay at this hotel again. The walls are too thin; I was woken up by the voice of my neighbours conversation at 2am. At breakfast the boiled eggs were hardly cooked at all, and when I broke the shell, the egg white poured out. disgusting. The staff do not understand the difference between double bed and 2 single beds put together, and I had to change rooms 3 times. |

The location was great, really close to the Louvre. The bathroom was also very nice and roomy and we weren't expecting to have a jetted tub! Nice touch. I didn't like having to drop my key (with weight attached) to the Concierge every time we left the hotel. I would have liked the staff to give me an overview of the hotel and its amenities at check-in...we really didn't know anything about the restaurant, bar or anything else for that matter; however, we came to see Paris, not stay in the hotel the entire time. |
