“The staff were fantastic. I had no trouble speaking to them as they all spoke English and were very helpful. I was in the Pyrenees for the Tour de France and Notre Dame De La Sarte was a great place to stay. Excellent value for money with very comfortable rooms and amenities. - Well priced. - Good location. - Attractive, simple foyer. - Staff were excellent, friendly and ready to help. - Pleasant, modern atmosphere. - Breakfast, lunch and dinner was simple, good value and well cooked. - Easy access to sixth floor....from lift to bedroom. - Low noise level re.bedroom corridor. - Excellent staff with cleanliness of bedroom, bathroom and clean towels. - Very good facilities i.e. parking, bar, foyer, reception desk & general access. - Bar prices were acceptable. - Overall, an excellent stay without hassle! - Lift is far too small! - Reading material i.e. magazines/daily newspapers would have been appreciated in the foyer area.

Having just returned from Lourdes, I can honestly say the Hotel Notre Dame De La Sarte was just what we needed. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful. We had a balcony overlooking the river (6th floor) and although there is a pub nearby we didn't have any problems with the noise level. We didn't have an evening meal so I cannot comment on the food, but everything else was good. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the town center & shops and 10 minutes to the sanctuary. If I find myself back in Lourdes I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. I have nothing negative to say.

Nous avons aimés son emplacement et la vue que nous avions accessible par un petit balcon '(gave, pic du midi, château) mais aussi son ensoleillement. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuses pour deux et bien chauffé. Nous avons moins appréciés le manque d'accessibilité pour les personnes handicapée, ascenseur trop étroit pour rentrer un fauteuil et la rampe pour accédés au hall de l’hôtel trop difficile à monter avec le fauteuil et la personne dedans. Dommage quand nous sommes à lourdes et qu'on sait qu'ils y a beaucoup de personnes handicapés. Le repas du soir et également limite sur la qualité

De ligging van het hotel, alles op loopafstand te bereiken. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, niets was te veel. Wij zaten op de zesde etage, aan de voorzijde, weinig of geen overlast gehad van de rumoer op de straat, dit terwijl de ramen openstonden. De kamer werd iedere dag gedaan en voorzien van nieuwe handdoeken, zeepjes en douche gel. De prullenbakken waren iedere dag geleegd. Het ontbijt was wat aan de magere kant. De koffie kon beter.

Accueil parfait. Le patron et son épouse toujours disponibles et très discrets. Le personnel agréable et souriant. Un hôtel à recommander de par sa situation dans Lourdes et la qualité des prestations fournies et si vous n'êtes pas des gros mangeurs alors demandez un repas sur mesure ... c'est possible. Un seul regret ... ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps !

Si nous avons privilégié cet hôtel pour un second séjour à Lourdes c'est que nous le connaissions déjà. Nous l'avons une nouvelle fois apprécié pour son bon accueil, son confort simple mais reposant, la propreté des locaux et les repas bien servis et de bonne qualité/prix. Autre avantage : sa situation proche du sanctuaire. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito 4 notti in questo hotel. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole grazie alla posizione dell'hotel sulla riva del fiume Gave. Le camere erano pulite e panoramiche con ampie finestre, la biancheria da bagno era candida e veniva cambiata tutti i giorni, i letti ben fatti, le lenzuola pulite, i materassi confortevoli e nuovi. Il personale della reception professionale e gentilissimo, così come il personale della sala ristorante. Abbiamo consumato colazione e cena in Hotel, abbondanti, di ottima cucina francese e menù vario.Ritornerò volentieri in questo hotel.

Ha un'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bella vista sul Pic de Fer et sul fiume Gave. A 10 minuti a piedi dal Santuario della B.V. Pulito. Dispone di un ristorante in cui potete cenare in modo ottimo con soli 14 euro. Personale della reception molto disponibile. Tv con canali in 4 lingue diverse.

De vriendelijkheid en goede service van het personeel waarbij ik meen te hebben kunnen vaststellen dat alles in teken staat om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. De kamers zijn eenvoudig maar schoon. Het hotel is mooi gelegen aan de rivier bij een bruggetje en op loopafstand van het Heiligdom en de winkels, maar niet midden in de drukte en het centrale toeristische centrum. De eerst nacht wilde ik vrij laat een douche nemen, rond 23.00 uur en het warm water was "op". D.w.z. wachten tot de volgende ochtend. Ze hebben voor 1 persoon enkel kamers aan de achterzijde van het hotel en niet aan de voorzijde. In het restaurant is het vrij rumoerig, lawaaierig door de groepen die er komen. Er is geen afgezonderde ruimte voor mensen die met kleine groepjes, met 2e of alleen zijn. Het menu is goed maar het blijft "massa" eten. De service is perfect, het personeel toont begrip en doet er wel alles aan om toch een rustig plekje voor je te vinden maar het is er gewoon niet. De prijs is 47,00 euro excl. ontbijt. Voor het ontbijt komt er 8,00 euro bij, een maaltijd komt op 14,00 euro wat de prijs opdrijft 69,00 euro p.p.p.n voor half pension. Dat is naar mijn mening toch overvraagt. Ik denk dat 47,00 euro B&B perfect zou zijn.

El trato del personal del hotel Esto es un comentario , no una queja, pero en anteriores ocasiones en las que hemos estado no hemos tenido ningún problema, pero ésta vez el baño de la habitación que se nos asignó no reunía las condiciones de comodidad que en otras ocasiones hemos disfrutado.
