Excellent hotel staff, especially Natalie (in the gift shop) and Pierre (front desk). The location overlooking the river was serene and relaxing. The lack of soundproofing made it difficult to tune out conversations, door slams, and movement in adjacent rooms. The shower is incredibly tiny (not enough room to turn around, let alone wash oneself) and made it impossible to avoid having the shower curtains stick to you. |

Although it looked like you stepped back into the 1970s, the hotel was very clean, our room and bathroom were spotless and the staff was extremely helpful. It is at the end of a street, so you don't get all of the traffic. |

The Restaurant food, internet access and helpfullness o fthe staff Coaches parking in front of the hotel, and noisy guests. Could they be advised? Could you please put light music in the lobby and restaurant or a TV screen? |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Receptionist was very nice and polite. Since Lourdes is a pilgrimage place, we did not expect much but were pleasantly surprised at the 2 rooms that were given. Clean rooms, but slightly dusty carpets. We booked double rooms though, but were given twin rooms instead. Not a big deal. The view from the room was lovely! Basic hotel with basic amenities, don't expect luxury when in Lourdes anyway when you pay only 60 euros a night for one room. Only one thing, the hotel is right next to a pub/restaurant and could be a bit noisy at night with the pub customers. Would recommend this hotel to non- fussy people. |

Check in was simple. The single room I was in was very adequate. Front of house staff were polite without reaching friendly and were prepared to help should that be necessary. Room cleaners on the other hand were friendly and very efficient. Would go back again which is probably the best recommendation I could give. Everything was fine except for the breakfast which in my opinion was a bit limited in selection. I am fairly sure though that it is standard for other Hotels in Lourdes. |

The staff where very friendly and helpful. We booked a room for four, the space was a bit tight. It contained 2 single beds and one double bed. We expected 4 singles. Other wise everything was fine, good size bathroom. |

I enjoyed 9 days at N D De La Sarte because it was comfortable, friendly and affordable for a hotel of a good standard. I am quite happy to recommend it to anyone here that ask about Lourdes. Thank you staff for coping with my "foreign language" and questions. I would have enjoyed a kettle in the bedroom and an entertaining TV channel. I dont like the BBC. Dislike any USA news channel but would have really enjoyed Aljazeere. It's the only truelly international news channel |

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good restaurant. I recommend this hotel. The booking.com web page incorrectly states that "Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge." It is only available in the hotel lobby area, where it is free of charge. |

Beautiful clean rooms and excellent location for our trip to Lourdes The staff were very helpful, considering we spoke no French. I can not comment on the above questions as we were Pilgrims to Lourdes. When we went for breakfast the following morning we were unsure of our seating arrangements It would have been helpful if our room number was on the table, or other wise wait and be seated. |

We found two wasps in the room. We could barely sleep as they were disgusting. When we told the receptionist he said that they never had similar compliants and charged us the whole amount. |

perfect in everything. the best ratio between quality and price, with an elegance of 5 stars, ultra modern design and an enviable view. at least the room that gave me the "605", had a special view. All very friendly, and all the comfort you want. Valerio B. |

It is centrally located to the Grotto at Lourdes. So it was very convenient. We had a room with a view of the river and the mountains. The room was clean but not grand. The staff were very helpful and obliging |

Proximity to Sanctuaries /Grotto. The mountain view from the room was breathtaking. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and multilingual. The hotel meets basic accommodation needs in a clean and friendly atmosphere Better explanation of half/full board and a more clear system for booking the suitable option. I had booked full board but this did not go through on my reservation, although I had selected full board option. When I queried this, there was no reason given except that it wasn't specified on the reservation. |
