The staff was excellent. They were genuine and helpful.

Small room and bed. We simply are used to a larger bed. Really not a criticism, as its very paris and good value.

The bathroom door couldn't open properly because the bed was too close to it.

Location near to metro line

Tiny room and awful smell from the bathroom. Blocked sink I think?

Convenient location at a reasonable price.

Our room was a bit small but it had newly fitted bathroom and was very clean.

Room is proper and clean. Staffs are kind. Location is good, near to Metro station (Volontaires of Line no.12 And Sèvres-Lecourbe of Line no.6).

The location of the hotel is perhaps the strongest and most attractive characteristic.The staff was also friendly and helping when asked.

The fact that there is no fridge in the room made our stay a lot more difficult since we were traveling with a 2 year-old child.

Location and proximity to metro station and bike rentals.

The rooms are small and the floor is not clean. The breakfast is meager comprising of only a croissant, a piece of bread, cereal and tea/coffee.

Local restaurants and stores

The bed was two twin beds pushed together no room to put clothes away. In the morning a small breakfast of a croissant was given but I was never told it cost 7 euro a person until check out when they handed me a 70 euro bill. Breakfast around the corner was better and only 3 euro. We were also visiting a friend in Paris who often picked us up in the morning to do activities and since she came to the hotel frequently ( but did not stay for longer than 20 minutes) they tried to charge us an additional 100 euro for her being there although it would have been hard to have three people stand in that tiny room let alone sleep

As everyone says, rooms are tiny, so be prapared. I hit the shower with my head twice only by stepping to the bathroom. But the general price-to- value ratio is good.

Close to Metro Station

The carpets need replacing - they are dirty. The. Bathroom was ok but could do with a new paint job.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights and four days in Paris with my sister and we liked there everything so much - the location was perfect, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds and new - modern bathroom, there is a metro station, but everything was relatively near and we liked walking around Paris by foot!!! There are many supermarkets, restaurants, bars around the hotel.I highly recommend this hotel and I would like to come back there anytime! It was my best holiday of my life and thanks for it to the NOUVEL HôTEL EIFFEL too !

The room was small.

Nice red geraniums in the window boxes! Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, and to the Red Bus Tour Stop.

Room was very small but had essentials.

Modern but small bathroom. Good for the price and localization.

Small room for a couple. No ar conditioner or fridge. I don't suggest stay in a room without refrigeration in summer, is very hot and if you sleep with the window opened wakeups with the sunrise in your face.. sux.

Good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was small (as is normal in Europe in this price range), but comfortable and clean. The front desk allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby as we waited for our shuttle to come. Wi-fi internet was free downstairs. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, close to cafes and Eiffel tower

Rooms are quite smaller than they look like on the pictures. All furniture needs refurbishment.

I did not like that 3 out of the for members of staff did not show appreciation to the guests. They did not provide power adaptor for electrical items. The manager had a very poor disposition, she used a very condescending tone when questions were asked. She rushed me off when I adhere her questions, and she was not helpful. I perceived het as being unhappy with her job.
