Excellent situation. Very closed to the beach and the train station or the main bus lines, in the center of Nice. A good value for money. |

Proximity to shops, restaurants, beach. Easily accessible by local bus service from airport. Very reasonable price. Ideal for long weekend. The breakfasts were a bit limited. The en-suite shower was very small. There is a lot of traffic noise through the night. |

I liked the location! It was close to the beach and shopping! The bathrooms were dingy and the A/C wasn't working in our room. The staff was helpful only after much effort on my part. |

I liked the most the location of the hotel. It was really closed to everything as the description promised. Train station, the beach, the shopping street, restaurants and bars, everything was really closed. We made several trips to Cannes, Monako also through Nice and I think this hotel is the best point where to start. Maybe the impression when we got off the lift at our floor, it was a little bit unpleasant smell, but after closing the door, nothing was smelled. |

It is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel, easy to find and near to retaurants and beach. The breakfasts and staff serving were very good, I would recommend this hotel to those on a low budget for staying a few days in Nice |

It was nice, comfortable and near the local transportation and town center. The only thing was the warm water in the toilet and shower. Sometimes it was cold and not comfortable for a bath. |

nothing at all the room was dirty, the bed and pillows smelt to urine. the shower was broken. I had to clean the room myself with bleach. I asked for no house keeping but they ignored my request as when they cleaned they left pubic hairs in the bathroom. Room smelt of smoke. Stains on the walls. The staff did not understand when i compained. They also had no do not desterb signs when they said they had. |

beds were confortable and clean, the bath room was clean, location is very convenient, close to the old town and very close to the beach and the airport shuttle is within walking distance. the rooms and the bath rooms can use some face lift. the internet access is very expensive, although they advertise that its free. |

Very central location and only 10 minutes walk from the beach. The only thing we really missed was warm water. It was only warm for a few minutes, then more or less cold, then perhaps warm again. |

The convenience of being in central Nice The shower was OK but I had no hot water one morning. And the water pressure in the basin tap was non-existant |

The hotel was well situated in the city centre and also quite near of the railway station. Our room was also clean, well equipped and we even had our own balcony there. The hotel room didn't have a minibar, which I usually use as a fridge to store my food. Also the shower was a bit too small, but otherwise the bathroom was OK. But then when I left and wanted to pay, the man in the reception had difficulties to accept my payment with a credit card. But fortunately he eventually managed to do that too. |

The personel were very frienly and very kind. The room was old but very good, with nice views. The shower had only ten minutes of hot water and we had to wait other ten minutes to have hot water again. |

We have stayed at this hotel several times and are familiar with the way it operates and the staff are very pleasant. Also the location on Boulevard Victor Hugo is ideal in the centre of Nice. Whilst the breakfast is and always has been " continental " it would be nice to have the option of cereal as well. |

location was so satisfying, staff were very very friendly and helpful, I thank them all! there was constant buzz (or a beep) from outside the room, I could not notice what it was or where it was from, but it was really annoying... |

The location of the hotel in the city is excellent. Very good start for seeing the city by walking or by bus and other Cote d'Azur places by bus or rail. The noise from the street in early morning. The shower place is very small. The location of TV set is bad. |
