lovely dinner at La Ferme that nite eased alot of our disquiet accepted that the staff had no english whatsoever, but they did not seem to have delegated duties, they seemed to spend their time standing and bickering with eachother. we could only assume that they had just taken over the motel. |

Staff and breakfast were pleasant; price was very cheap. Hotel was Balladin but has been renamed very recently - not very clearly signposted. Access via industrial estate although faces onto D910. Room door didn't close properly and couldn't sleep because of draught - this would be awful in winter; room small and our daughter kept hurting herself by banging into metal framed bunk bed & beds. |

Comfortable clean room, albeit very small. B/fast staff were great. Gentlemen on check in were off hand and slow. Should make it clear that hotel name is 'Baladin' don't bother looking for 'Nouvelle Classe Hotel' |

Nothing - never again. Although we requested a non-smoking room the first room offered stank of smoke. We asked for another which appeared OK but after moving in on opening the bathroom door there was a foul stench - the toilet had been used but not flushed and not cleaned. |

Très mauvaise insonorisation fenêtre et porte (chambre donnant sur couloir extérieur coté parking et axe routier). Pas de tv écran plat ni Canalsat comme indiqué mais cela n'est rien si nous avions pu dormir ! |

L'accueil est sympathique, la chambre très propre, le petit déjeuner avec buffet à volonté est très bien, excellent rapport qualité/prix. Et le partenariat avec le buffalo grill à proximité est très avantageux puisqu'il propose un menu express pour 8 euros, boisson comprise. Bref établissement à recommander pour toute personne de passage ! |

Proximité de la ville,le prix de la chambre,environnement calme. La salle de bain trés petite ainsi que la douche pas assez profonde ,ainsi que le rideau de douche pas trés étanche beaucoup d'eau à coté |

Personnel avenant, sympathique et disponible. Mis à part le petit déjeuner le dîner ne se fait pas à l'hôtel, comme le fait croire la présentation de la fiche "Restauration et Boissons", mais dans un établissement voisin de l'hôtel. J'avais réservé 2 repas à 8,5 0€ l'un. Le gérant de l'établissement nous a présenté un menu correspondant à un menu "enfant". En échange le gérant nous a proposé un apéritif et de prendre le menu à la carte moyennant rétribution. En conclusion l'apéritif (cocktail sans alcool) est revenu à 17 € Tout bénéfice pour le gérant et nous avons perdu 17 €. Il serait plus raisonnable dans la présentation"Restauration et Boissons" de préciser que le dîner se prend à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. |
