I like the location as buses are very near by this location of hotel but after 10 pm very few frequencies of buses
I dont like the wifi ( internet connection) not even youtube plays with this connection at night which was the biggest dissapointment , cleanliness was average not so good.
I didn't like Any thing at all
There is a very bad smell in the hotel from the sinks and drain some thing you can't stand it awful hurrible.
Location was good
Stander European hotel style
The room is very nice. Lighting great, little kitchenette well stocked with decent tools, proper bath and good fittings. The bed seems slightly bigger than I am used to in hotels and was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit lumpy and thin. Internet excellent.
The location. I need to commute to Paris and it is a 20 minute walk to the Metro. Having said that, the walk is just a walk. It's not dangerous or ugly.
Location was reasonable with bus opposite and a number of supermarkets within 500mt.
No kettle in the room and were told to use the microwave but there was no containers suitable for the microwave. There were 2 saucepans available for use on the hot plates. An iron was made available on request but no ironing board. It is stated that the cleaning of the dishes are the guests responsibility, but no tea towel and none could be provided, there was no soap for washing dishes or for the dishwasher.
The rooms were dirty and smelt bad. did not get the disabled room i requested for. the tv remove did not work could not change the channels. the shower cap was broken and being disabled could not use it. insects in the bathroom. when asked for facilitied was told we cannot help. did not even have a first aid box. room location was terrible given the view of a dump yard. Asked for rooms next door to each other got them 2 floors appart.
The receptionist asked us for money when kindly asked to help us print 9 pages;
Went to check into this hotel and they had lost our booking, even though we e-mailed the day before to let them know that we where coming. We where then put into a room with 2 single beds (we where on our wedding anniversary), the gentleman on the desk said to come back the next day and he will sort it. Went back the next day and nothing had been done and we had to stay in the same room again. was final moved on our 3rd day there. Housekeeping made mistakes everyday with our room, forgot toilet paper, towels in was just a mess. When we went to the front desk (everyday to let them know) they acted like the whole thing was our fault and they did not care. Would never stay here or recommend this as a place to stay, was a let down and a great way to ruin the start of our holiday
Everything. Our stay was à nightmare. The door of our room didn't work, we waited 30 min to enter the room and they had no Keys. The staff had to come with us everytime we wanted to access our room. We booked a double bed, we had 2 separated ones. The sound of thé Tv didn't work.
Rooms and that hotel is 9Km from centre. Free parking underground.
Breakfast is the worst ever and is NOT worth 10e or even 3e. It was a joke. WiFi is only good at the lobby or lounge. Speed was 10kb/s. :-(
Bad location Not a hotel more like a poor guest house.
This is worst hotel in my life.
they don't clean room properly, bathroom is very slippery. There is no phone in the room. whenever need to communicate with reception, walk to downstairs. Compare to facility and location the price is very high.
Lobby ok, but once you enter the corridors you are in for a surprise. Stains in the carpets, weary room. Smells like Detergent in the room.
parking area was terrible shower head was broken cleaner didn't change the towel pillows was so old but they changed after complain. breakfast service was not acceptable and most was empty.
this hotel has a good location in villlejuif just next to bus stations, one bus to take the RER B for CDG airport and one bus to metro ligne7, nice rooms with kitchinette, nice salons to receive gests.
the fact that all the staff was new, many computer errors, girls who had to clean rooms were lazy and not doing proper work.
I liked the fact that this place is very close to the hospital which my mother is receiving medical treatment in. Also, it's very quiet, which is a great advantage to the place. Something to have in mind also is to make a small business center to your residents where they can execute all their office work such as sending and receiving faxes, printing, scanning, sending and receiving emails, photocopying...etc. In addition, I'm not sure if there is courier service around or not; I mean shipping companies such as DHL or FedEx.
Because there are many Arabs who are visiting Gustave Roussy and staying at Villa Bellagio, I suggest that you take into consideration putting some Arabic channels in the room's television such as Aljazeera, Alarabia, MBC channels... etc, it would really add great value to the place, especially for Arab people obviously. I wouldn't say: " what didn't you like? " instead, I would write: What would you recommend / suggest to make our place more enjoyable? Don't you agree?☺️
facilité de parking
hotel et zone sans intérets, juste pour dormir
Hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable! At great location, transport is nearby, we would recommend Villa Bellagio to our friends!
The staff is not friendly and internet connection not very good.
Good Wifi, spacious room, view of the Eiffel tower far away
- The hotel claims to have a restaurant but doesn't, - The shower was in disrepair (had to hold it up by hand)
No shower head holder No smile on check in Couldn't close the plaug on the washbasin Not enough light in the room Tea offered but not delivered (1st time) (2nd time on my way out after waiting 10 minutes the staff person actually came and brought me some tea and set up the self service tea set) Not good value for 70 euros
Room was cleaned. Staff tried their best to accommodate minor technical issues in room if not was given a new room...
Basement parking needs some cleaning. Access route to Hotel was not up to standard
for 3 star hotel this is the best you can have. close to the hospital. friendly staff. free parking. close bus station which takes you to the metro within 10 min. free internet.
they don't refill the shower gel. you have to take your Owen shower gel and shampoo.
The hotel is OK. Rooms are of decent size. The location however is terrible. One needs to take bus 162 for quite a few stops to get to the metro. Just a bakery close by, no shops or restaurants.
Overall experience was very good and these were spacious with added flexibility of a self contained kitchen. Was slightly outside Paris but public transport easily accessible and we travelled to Paris and back on 3 occasions. It wasn't even 40 minutes on the tube.
It wasn't good or clean at all, room, carpet, TV was not even fitted correctly on the wall, no tv Chanel's, needs a major faceleft and it's depressing.
