kind hospitality, quiet area, comfortable interior and convenient access to CDG Airport
location is great easy to use metro.
dificult to book. using booking and paid through booking, then the hotel added charges when we got there for the extra person who i had mentioned in the initial booking. got us off to a rocky start.
The staff were first class, polite and helpful. Our room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and had a wide range of items on offer and was good value for the 13 euros charge.
The receptions were super friendly and helpful.
We had a superior room which was already quite small. The carpet was old and used.
Excelent location for explore Paris at day or night, by Bus, Metro, walking or bicycle. Very close to a most important places in the city. An excellent value for money. Very nice staff
A very rare restroom distribution, in one room placed the toilet, in another one the lavatories and shower. But is just a strange thing, it's not a issue.
Staff very helpful with directions, information and making a reservation for us. Bathroom was clean and modern Overall, met our expectations and needs.
Nothing really. Room was a little small but we expected that. If your looking for a Hyatt type hotel this boutique hotel may not meet your needs. We would stay here again
Staff was very professional and good with assisting us. Wifi worked great and the hotel is in a perfect location that was quiet and away from the hectic ness of downtown. Clean, safe neighborhood.
Very small room, requested a "quiet room" because of our 3 year old daughter. They gave us a room directly above the entrance, with flood lights used to illuminate the building shining into the room but still charged us the same rate as all the other rooms. Wasn't the cleanest, but nothing too bad.
It's nice, comfortable, and modern
Maybe the location is not the best in the city.
Rosy, receptionist, was helpful and friendly
The location is good near the restaurant the transportation also
The rate 250 euro is too much for such hotel no eeztaurant no tjzr hotel facilities it s too expensive ( 120 euro should be the rate )
Bed and bathroom were clean. 5 minutes walk from Vavin, Raspail and Port Royal metro stations. Good restaurants nearby.
Hotel looks like a scary ghost house from its interiors and passage. Lift was a joke. 1 person can stand in the lift with difficulty. The room we originally booked was a Standard Room on 5th floor but the bathroom was so small, one can barely stand in it to take shower. Had to ask the staff (Leslie) to change it to first floor so that we can take the stairs as we had a baby. He gave us a free upgrade to another room on 1st floor which luckily had a bigger bathroom. Not value for money at all. Wifi keeps logging you off every time. You need to leave the keys at the reception.
Room had beautiful view of rooftops from top floor; bath tub was a good size and overall very comfortable room; best part was the bed - absolutely wonderful mattress. Dreamy good!
Mix ups on the bill for drinks we did not drink from the room stock - found out later the room next to us had drank these items but it had been an error on our bill; was later charged 8 euros for what Rosey mistakenly said I owed the hotel for hotel shuttle service. I counted my euros upon leaving to have exact paper money to pay the hotel and shuttle driver and only left with change so I'd not have to exchange any paper money back in the us. I am absolutely certain I paid her but received an email saying she'd charged my credit card. After back and forth she removed the charge but it's not showing as such on my credit card statement. Not much but a hassle nonetheless. Otherwise very helpful staff!
Close to RER for airport transfer Clean comfortable room
Noise from street. There were people shouting in the street at various times during the night
Service exceptionally good. People at the desk very kind and helpful. An older hotel with a tiny elevator that worked very well, and comfortable rooms (we asked for a quiet one in the back). Good location very close to the Luxembourg Gardens and near metro stops.
Boulevard Monparnasse is very busy and noisy.
Shower drain was blocked. Smallest elevator ever seen.
Well located property in the quiet end of Montparnasse. OK for a short stay.
Room is very tight for two people, and the lift to the upper floors is minute - luggage has to be sent separately as it won't hold more than two people.
I said to the reception that I prefer a room with bathtub and she select a nice room for me. I hope there would be more amenity , like hairtreatment, shower cap, but totally it was a nice stay.
Be *very* careful with the Wifi connection. It is not encrypted and disallows secure connections (https), so everything you send and receive can be seen by anybody in or around the hotel.
Good bed, shower, view of Eiffel tower if open window and look down street
small elevator fits 2 people, or 1 person with their bags.
in my case good location only hotel in the area available at that time
only one elevator which is narrow 2nd Day breakfast started too late to much time to check out
Location and staff were good.
The cleanliness of the hotel and the fact the toilet was in a cupboard. Very small!
The location was very good for our plans and the rooms comfortable. Also the staff was very nice and very accommodating.
As an American, non-city dweller, I'm accustomed to more space, particularly in the shower and public elevators. But these things are typical of European hotels and not a problem for a short time unless you're a very large person.
Prime location with all needed facilities. Staff very warm, welcoming and helpful.
Staff were very helpful, especially Rosie, who went out of her way. Location - very close to metro and the RER, which is needed to get around Paris.
Lift too small. No milk for tea and coffee. You could not have 2 cups of coffee because there was insufficient supply. Toilet was very small - quite uncomfortable.
The front desk people are really nice!! The location is safe and not far from the metro station. Great service!
The window in my room has some problem and the lift can only carry two people on top but it doesn't really matter. Anyway it is great. Only if the price can be down a little bit.
