If you are on your way to or from the French coast from Northern Europe Novotel is conveniently located. If you want to stay for a couple of days in Beaune, in the heart of the Bourgogne this hotel is OK |

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds,fabulous sleep, enjoyed swimming pool and breakfast. Very easy to get to from motorway yet close to town centre of Beaune and halfway on our trip Zeebruggee to Lake Garda via Mont Blanc tunnel. Very child friendly nice hotel. On arrival, outbound reservation not as agreed. Booking.com discussed room requirement (family of 5) by phone directly with hotel staff before confirming but when we arrived promised room for not available. However, very nice receptionist put right on at check-in with no fuss or pressure needed by suggesting to us we have 2 linked rooms discounted to same price. Very happy with result first class rooms and first class service would highly recommend. In fact when we left we booked again for the return trip. |

A centrally located ideal stopover on our way to the South of France. Clean rooms and good parking (with a fully loaded holiday car a convenient and safe stopover). Ideal that food can be served to a late hour, either in the room or at the bar. |

The hotel is lovely, clean spacious rooms and pool side restaurant. Breakfast is free for two children and very good choices. The room for family of 5 is excellent and good value (but was not available on our first night). Hotel is located away from the main tourist attractions in Beaune just off the highway. Many families and yet very quiet. |

Modern, clean and efficient. Adequate free parking on site. Easy access to motorway. Fridge, safe and kettle provided. Twin bedded room meant one double bed and a pull out sofa bed. Room not all that well designed. Absurdly complicated plumbing. |

The friendly welcome. Good dining and breakfast. Reasonably priced. Comfortable, clean room. General helpfulness of staff. There was absolutely nothing we did not like about the hotel and we will be booking it for future trips. |

This Hotel is excellent, the staff are friendly and the facilities are first rate. The hotel is only 400yds from the motorway exit, but there's no noise from traffic. If anything it's a tad overpriced. |
