Location and quietness

The food in the restaurant was average but acceptable staff were good.

Good hotel, tram stop virtually outside, but your 5 mins from the centre anyway. Very good breakfast and great service from the reception.

There's a bit of a funny smell in the corridoors on floor 4, Couldn't put the aircon on in the room.

Room was spacious and clean , good location only 10 minutes walk from the cathedral in city centre .Public car park was next door .Gave me a refund of part of the room cost due to water leak near our room[ see below]

One of reception staff was a bit officious . Very difficult to park in unloading bays at the front of the hotel as new building work on adjacent building. Water leak in corridor at 7.00am caused electricity to be switched off and we had to walk 200yds down the road for breakfast at an ibis hotel .

Great space, great taste and quality. Location excellent, and enjoyable. I was very pleased with the service and plan to return when in town.

Room service was unacceptable & responsible persons answering the phone and receiving orders, they could not communicate in english.

Food was good. Location very convenient for doing a walking tour of city.Staff very friendly and helpful.

The location, the choice at breakfast and the staff. The manager agreed a 50% on our second room after we complained about an annoying air conditioning system noise and offered us to change room.

When we arrived at 3pm our second room was not ready, we also complained about an air conditioning noise in our bedroom.

Very clean and quiet. Room a good size. Very helpful staff.

Room a little dated

The hotel is very central, easy to drive to, and while not on the nicest street it is within walking distance to the main shopping and eating areas, and seems safe. Parking was very convenient, though it would be expensive if you were staying a few days at up to 19.50 per day. The staff were very helpful providing anything we asked for. I would consider staying here again if visiting Bordeaux in the future.

Slightly dated, it could do with being updated in the near future. We were on the top floor and could hear fairly loud fans at night, sounded like the hotel air conditioning system, however it was not bad enough to complain about.

Close to centre of city

Air conditioning in room did not work. Hotel had no fans. Called reception numerous times during the night to ask to change rooms but they had none available. Could not open window as there was a rock concert going on outside until 3am. Did not get to sleep at all.

It was ok, good location, public parking available in front, V. clean and nice.
