We booked a triple room and the third bed was an extremely uncomfortable camp bed. If there are only one or two of you to the room, then it's quite spacious with good facilities, but they're not suitable as a triple room.

This is the expected standard for a Novotel. There was a mix up with our booking but the staff quickly rectified that and upgraded our room. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the pool complex was large enough. The location is a shortish walk into town or a € 3 taxi ride. The underground parking was extensive and secure. The hotel has a 'kids go free' policy, but some of the parents though it meant 'kids go wild' but you can get that at any hotel.

In general: very friendly and helpful employes. We even got a free upgrade to a better room with a great view over the city. The Hotel is in a very nice and quiet area, a bit outside of the city center, but still within walking distance of the beach (20 min) and the palais des festivals (35 min). If you don't like walking there is a free (hourly) hotel shuttle bus to the centre. The breakfast offered a good variety of just about anything you want. All in all: very good value for money.

What I like best at Novotel Cannes is they have free wifi. What I don't like about the hotel is you have to pay for your sunbed at the poolside.

The location is not far from the city center. Big balcony, from where there is a good view. The facilities in the bathroom are old , especially the water downcomer was not working. I can not believe that because it didn't worth the price.

Location is good, free bus to the sea every hour, acceptable prices, comfort rooms, big swimming pool. Room service is too slow and they don't speak English or speak but very badly.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpfull The only comment I have is that there were alot a trees around the swimminng pool, which means not all the sunbeds were in the sun.

Wanna say big thank you to the staff of this hotel. We had experienced some construction noise in the room opposite to ours and asked the manager if anything could be done. We easily got upgrade to the better room. Also, the spa was excellent, very good steam room, very much enjoyed it. Also, FREE parking. The room was clean, staff is friendly, def recommend to everybody. location-takes up to 15 minutes walk to croisette, but shuttles are running frequently, also with the sunny weather its not bad to walk a bit

We have stayed in so many 5* hotels around the world. The customer care we experienced in this Hotel was exceptionally good. Unfortunately we do not got the name of the manageress who helped us during our stay, to thank her for all she did to make our stay so pleasant. Excellent customer care.

Abbiamo trovato un dipendente che parlava perfettamente italiano ed ha saputo consigliarci molto bene le visite. Camere pulite, non grandissime, la nostra con vista mare, anche se l'hotel dista almeno 1 km in linea d'aria. Consigliato anche per il rapporto qualità/prezzo, a cannes altri hotel 4 stelle costano il doppio. Comoda la navetta che ogni ora parte dall'hotel per la città.

Je n'ai pas eu une bonne expérience de l'hôtel mais je pense que cela peut pourtant être bien, La chambre famille étaient décevante, trop étroite et le canapé lit creux et donc très inconfortable, la clim ne marchait pas et à 4 dans une micro chambre!! Pas terrible!!

la prenotazione con Booking era buona, peccato che la colazione era a parte e così alla fine è costato di più che di una prenotazione fatta direttamente all'hotel. Il personale dell'hotel non parla l'Italiano (nonostante l'hotel ospitasse numerosi Italiani, la vicinanza dal confine e per non dire anche che è un quattro stelle)

sa situation geographique, son calme, ses petits dejeuners ramenes sur notre balcon probleme de cartes d'acces a la chambre qui n'a jamais fonctionné donc ce qui nous obligeait a chaque fois de redescendre a la reception pour en avoir une autre qui ne fonctionnait pas non plus et donc de revenir avec une personne d la recption pour nous ouvrir

Posizione tranquilla e fuori dal caos cittadino ma allo stesso tempo vicina al centro e alla croisette. Gentilezza dello staff. Non conoscenza della lingua inglese da parte di alcuni membri dello staff. (Ovviamente l'italiano è totalmente sconosciuto)
